Dream 8000 sq ft home on 70 acres backing to National Forest!

You will love gathering your family and friends in this 8000 square foot, custom designed cabin. A comfortable home for 20 people, there is something to do for everyone young and old. The private, 70 acre property allows for opportunity to ride ATV's or snowmobiles right from the doorstep, putting you directly on the endless off-road trail system Grand Lake is famous for. Fantastic sledding hills are right out your doorstep. Maybe you'd rather curl up with a book in front of the warm stone fireplace and enjoy the spectacular views out the 2-story windows. A large playroom loft area filled with toys, games, and dress up clothes will keep the kids occupied. Adults can enjoy the basement with a large bar area, pool table, kitchenette, ice maker, and family room with fireplace. The outdoor hot tub is just steps away. Prepping meals in the gourmet kitchen and sharing mealtimes together will be a wonderful memory on your vacation, as the dining area boasts a round table for 10, a large counter island with seating for 6, an additional table for 6, and banquet tables, if needed. Property accommodates parking for 10 vehicles. AWD is required in the winter. Main level is handicap accessible, as well as basement in the summer. A wonderful property to host your family.
-Granby Ranch ski area 16 miles away and Winter Park 32 miles
-Town of Grand Lake is 7 miles away for great local restaurants, dining, shopping, and lake activities. Be sure to book a show at the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre!

The home itself was spectacular, with more than ample space for our party of 14. Very well laid out and comfortable amenities. We had great weather during our stay but, when we needed to be inside the home offered both privacy and wonderful gathering spaces to keep everyone happy. The close proximity to fun outdoor activities, including rafting, horseback riding and hiking, made this a perfect family vacation!

Perfect Wedding Weekend

This house was the perfect place to host our intimate wedding weekend. We had friends and family stay for a few days and it was a dream. The kitchen is perfect for hosting a big group and the views were the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. The location is great as you feel tucked away in the mountains but are a quick drive from the Main Street in grand lake and Rickey mountain national park.

The pictures do not do this house justice, this home is AMAZING!!! Beyond words, super clean, just stunning! The host Laura and her husband went above and beyond!! Words cannot describe how sweet they were and how helpful!! The owner was so sweet, and we are beyond grateful for! I would highly, highly recommend this home for a rental.

Great stay!

Stayed 4 nights for my brother’s bachelor party. The house had plenty of room to sleep 10-16 very comfortably and plenty of driveway for the suburbans we rented and the cars that a few local friends came up in. We were centrally located to the several golf courses we played and that was amazing. Overall great spot. Gets a little hot in the day without AC, but nothing that was enough that I wouldn’t go back when we want to do this again.

Stunning Mountain Retreat

Fabulous home with plenty of space for our large family. We loved the location, but also loved just hanging out together at the house. It was well stocked and the property manager let us know that they were available for all our needs. The house was so well put together we didn't need to call them. We had a wonderful time! Thank You!

Amazing Home in Great Location

Ana amazing home in a wonderful location right near Granby Lake. A wonderful accomodation for larger groups, reunions, etc. Great instructions from the owner regarding how to get the property which down private, secluded road. Great communication throughout the process as well. Just a great location that I could recommend more highly.

Friends and Family Getaway

We had the best time at this amazing property! The house is so beautiful, our kids had such a fun time with all of the different spaces to explore and hang out after a long day of hiking. We enjoyed getting to watch the stars from the relaxing hot tub, as well as getting to explore the property and see the different types of wild life! We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family in the future!

Large, private, beautiful views. The great room on the main floor is welcoming, has terrific views and tons of space. The kitchen and the rest of the house are well set up--our group cooked for 28 people and there are pots, cutting boards, dishwashers (3!) etc to support this. Plenty of room inside and out to assemble, hang out etc. We slept 16 people in the six bedrooms. There are enough bathrooms and the bedrooms range from luxurious (master) to bunk style. The downstairs game room and hot tub were also enjoyed. Overall, it was ideal for our three day multi-generational family reunion.

70th Surprise Birthday

This home is nothing short of a mansion. Elegant, well furnished and maintained. We had a final count of 13 guest. The home would hold 20 easily. There’s plenty to do in Grand Lake, staying here, made it hard to leave. With a well equipped, gourmet kitchen., pool table, hot tub, three different areas for your guests to hang out inside plus outside seating! Highly recommend!

Winter Wonderland

My family and I (15 people total, including a one year old) stayed here 3/6-3/11. The house looks even better than the pictures on line. There was plenty of room for everyone and then some! The kitchen was fully stocked and roomy to cook for a lot of people. The surrounding area outside was just gorgeous, a lot of open room and beautiful views! It snowed the first night and next day, so got to do some sledding on the nearby hills around the house… so fun!! We were hoping to see more wildlife but I guess they were hiding ( a good place for wildlife viewing)! There were a few steep roads to get there but our AWD SUV made it there fine on the dirt road.The caretaker Laura was wonderful and helped with anything we needed and gave us tips on different happenings in the area too. We would love to come back again in the future!
