Belle Mer 602 is a luxurious 3 bedroom 3 bath unit that sleeps 8. This condo boasts upscale decor, and a beautifully decorated living room with a 65" flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, a breakfast bar, and a spacious dining area. A long balcony with access from both of the gulf front master bedrooms as well as the living room exhibits an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. The first master bedroom has all of the comforts of home with a King bed, a flat screen TV, and a walk-in shower. The second master bedroom has two Queen beds, flat screen TV, two closets and a whirlpool tub. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and a shower/bathtub combo. The condo is set up with internet TV and wireless internet for your enjoyment. This unit does not allow monthly rentals. This unit allows a maximum of 8 adults. ***Saturday to Saturday - 7 night stay during Peak Seasons (6/1 to 7/31) **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

Great Place to Stay in Navarre

We had an amazing time in Navarre during our spring break. This condo was spacious and had an amazing view right on the water. Already planning when we can come back.

Very spacious, clean, and well-stocked condo!

This is a great condo--VERY spacious, clean, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. Lots of games as well. Great furniture on the balcony. The pool is better than pictured. Our family with two young children and my elderly parents all had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this condo.

Belle Mer 602

Stayed for the entire week. Great property! We had zero complaints; everything was in good working order. Sunsets from the balcony are perfect! I really appreciated the owners making brooms and a vacuum available to renters; kept the sand under control. The condo is small enough that the beach service was just one row all week long. It made for a relatively uncrowded beach experience during the holiday week. It’s about 1 mile down from the pier. Parking was ample with overflow at the towers next door (never needed it). I will look to book this unit before any others on my next trip to Navarre!

The perfect view

We absolutely loved the property. The comfortable outdoor furniture made it perfect to sit and enjoy the ocean. Navarre is our new favorite beach in Florida.

Gorgeous luxury and comfort!

We were beyond happy with this gorgeous condo. As gorgeous as the pictures were, the condo is even prettier in person, and HUGE! We truly felt like we were at home. It was so comfortable and had every thing we could possibly need. And the views? Breathtaking and so relaxing! You have a stunning view from two of the bedrooms and the spacious living room. We sat on the patio a lot and enjoyed the sights and that wonderful wave lapping against the shore sound. We loved the location as well. This was our first trip to Navarre Beach and we have fallen in love! We will be back. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Perfect family condo

We stayed a week with 4 adults and 3 children and were very bc importable. Upon walking in our condo, it was immediately noted that it was fresh and clean (a top priority for both families). The property was just as listed, and we had no problems with check-in. Keypad lock on the door is always a huge plus (we’ve had physical keys before at other properties). Cabinets were stocked with great books and games. We played games every night and made many memories. AC and plumbing worked perfectly. This condo was right next door to the trash chute and elevator with a large enough entry hallway to store our beach supplies. The outdoor furniture was very nice! I highly recommend this property and would 100% stay again.

Relax to the Max

The condo is beautifully decorated. Such a peaceful feeling as soon as you walk through the door. The patio is very large with a table, bench and chairs. The rooms are very spacious. The views are amazing!!

Beautiful property directly on Navarre Beach. This is a well appointed, immaculate and cozy condo that didn't disappoint. We had no problems or "surprises". Pool, hot tub and of course the gorgeous beach were excellent.

Beautiful Condo

This is a beautiful condo with the rooms being very large. It really only sleeps 6 as the two roll aways are in horrible condition. Dining area seats plenty of people and the balcony is very large and has a spectacular view. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom, which is very nice. The condo does need some TLC, but I would book again and do recommend it.

absolutely loved this condo. the furnishings were beautiful, beds were comfy and the condo was very clean when we arrived. we love belle mer and usually stay at another unit but would like this to be our NEW summer spot. the kitchen was overflowing with any utensil you could possibly need. love the keyless entry as well (no keys to drop off on way out) the only thing that was missing for us was comfortable chairs on the balcony. i'm sure that with the winds that we experienced while there that you must have heavy furnishings but since we spend a great amount of time out there the wooden chairs were not relaxing. would definitely recommend this condo!

Outstanding condo on picture perfect beach!

Just returned from our second stay at Belle Mer, what a perfect vacation spot! The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated with amazing views of the gulf as well as picture perfect sunsets. The building is well maintained with easy access to the beach. Baby powder sand and terrific shelling! There is plenty to do in Navarre without being overly built up. A wonderful unspoiled gem! This condo is ideal for families or for a terrific girls getaway.
