While the house was beautiful, unfortunately there have been smokers that stayed in the past and the house has a terrible smell. There are signs all over saying no smoking - guess that didnt prevent previous guests.In addition, we requested pool and spa to be heated. We arrived on Wednesday and it didnt get fixed until Saturday - after multiple emails and calls.Getting a partial refund would be great.

We loved this house. All who stayed would stay again. Excellent condition and clean. My husband and I stayed with my two college friends over the week of Thanksgiving with their kids. We had eight people total and the house is very spacious with five bedrooms and five baths. There is also a bathroom outside on the back with the pool. The house is an easy 20 minute drive to Walt Disney World. There is also a Publix and Wawa very close along with numerous restaurants in the area. Very nice development with guard gate. The amount per night for the house is very reasonable in compass with staying at a WDW property. We had a minor issue with beeping with a smoke detector but both times called they sent out someone to fix within a short amount of time. I had no issues with getting a response from property management.

Excellent location for a Disney Trip

The location was perfect. This was our fourth weeklong Disney trip in five years. We are Disney regulars. This was the first time that we have stayed “off property.” However, it will be or preference going forward. Our 2023 week was at the Grand Floridan, and our 2022 week was at the Contemporary. Staying off property did not add much to our compute time to and from the parks. It certainly made getting out the door and to the parks easier and the arrival home was so much better. Taking a sleeping child into their bedroom steps from parking was a delight. We enjoyed the convenience of preparing some of our own meals. The washer and dryer allowed for less packing. The pool allowed the kids to play when we were not at the park. We hope this property (or one similar) will be available when we are next back at Disney.

Bait and switch on location

So disappointed with my experience here. The listing said the property was a 2 min walk to Disney. Based on this I reserved the property. When they finally sent me the address it was a 30 min drive to Disney. I called Vrbo and they gave me the address the management company gave them and said the check in email was wrong. When I arrived I drop to the address Vrbo gave me by Disney and there was nothing there. I then went to the address 30 mins away and there was the property. I tried to reach out to the management company and was told the manager was out of town and would get back to me. Of course I gave them a week and they still won’t respond. I called Vrbo and they said they would get back to me and they never responded. I ended up having to rent a second car to help people to to Disney and we burned over an hour each day trying to get to Disney. While the property itself was nice, it was totally a bait and switch situation on location. Don’t be fooled when they say they’re close to Disney—they’re not.
