Christie Lakeby Cottage! Easy to get to, this large family cottage is located in beautiful Southcott Pines, just a short walk from the beach. Christie Lakeby is in a gem of a location, a forested with lots of beautiful cottages nestled by the lake. Picture long days spent sunning on the beach, relaxing under the shade of the large treed lot and then cooking a tasty meal in the kitchen. The large open kitchen and dining area are a great place to hang out and entertain.

This cottage is set up for a perfect vacation… an open kitchen, and upstairs bedrooms and bathroom mean that everyone can spread out. Made up of 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 room with two twin bed and 1 bedroom has a bunk bed featuring a top twin and bottom double bed.

When it is time for some beach town fun, check out the strip in Grand Bend with it’s many stores and restaurants. Or spend a day hiking, cycling the trails, kayaking, canoeing or just lazing on the beach in the area.

Amazing Stay at Christie Lakeby Cottage!We had a fantastic time at this beautiful cottage. The scenery was stunning, and the beach was perfect for relaxing and swimming. The cottage had all the amenities we needed, and communication with the host was excellent; very responsive and helpful. It was the perfect getaway, and we’d love to come back again with our family!

Great time

The cottage was very well maintained. It was great having a pass to the private beach as well as the extra beach toys available. We really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone and would return again.

Great spot!

Updated and clean property, very close to the private beach. Owners left beach chairs and beach toys for our use. Loved that they had a sunroom for the nights where it rained, super useful. Would love to stay again!

Perfect balance

Amazing stay! So close to the private beach! Nice walk to the Main Street which made us comfortable to let all the teens we had with us have freedom. The neighbourhood is beautiful! The house was perfect and the sunroom got used so much in the evenings! Great vacation!

Prefect Beach Hideaway

I stayed for three nights with my teenage kids and the house and location were perfect. It was very quiet with lots of privacy and we could walk to the beach in under 5 minutes. It was well equipped with kitchen wares, as well as everything you’d need for a day at the beach. I definitely recommend.

Grand Bend on Canada Day

This property in Grand Bend was amazing. Being on the private beach side gave us the option to be in the crowds or away from them. The atmosphere in the area was like a party but not out of control. And still there were areas for younger kids to hang out. Overall the property was cute and perfectly suited for our family. Highly recommend both this property and Grand Bend.

Great cottage! Great location

Very clean, spacious, well equipped cottage. Great location, short walk to Sunset Beach. Only negative was the early checkout time (10am). Otherwise, wonderful!

Loved everything! One problem: the leaf-blowing cleanup guys that came and blew their leaf blowers around the entire outside of our house at 5:00am ET one of the mornings. That was not good. But apart from that we do plan to return.Thank you.

Quiet getaway

If you want to be in the grand bend area but away from the busyness of Main Street this is your place. The private beach is superior to the public beach at grand bend. Property is in a beautiful wooded subdivision. Very quiet, peaceful and serene.

Requirements for the Stay

The property manager asked us to bring our own bed sheets and towels. That triggered that my friends and I panicked and brought, besides the bedsheets, covers and towels, a lot of items for the kitchen and bathrooms in case nothing was provided When we arrived, we found out that all those items were actually in the property and we needed to travel with a lot of unnecessary items. That also caused a problem when we left because we accidentally took two blankets from the property thinkinthat were ours.
