Check in will be sent to your email, you don't have to go to the main lobby. The room was very nice, convenient location, nice beach side view, all working appliances. Everything was clean as well. The coffee was also really nice.

Nice Getaway

The retreat was just for a much needed getaway. The place itself is nice, definitely clean, particularly the bathroom, which is one of my biggest concerns when staying anywhere. I appreciated the hosts communication and honesty.

Very accurate description of what to expect when getting there. The resort/ condo is very big thus a LOT of people around the common areas. The apt. was isolated enough so there was no problem with any noise.AC is good but shoots the air right at your face in bed.

Birthday Beach Trip 2024

The stay was excellent. The owner was quick with responses and information. The room was exactly what was pictured. The room offers a view of the beach and community. The check in and check out was simple. I recommend this owner and his properties.

Great!

Just the right size, clean and owner was awesome to work with. Went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay in MB. My only complaints were the beds and bed linens. Old sheets that didn't match and beds were flimsy and noisy. Great view and location. Would recommend and will stay there again.

Thanks for staying at the condo and the positive review. I strive to get 5 starts on all my reviews. This is the first time I get a comment on bed sheets color as well as the bedframes. I just changed the mattresses but not the frames which might be the issue. I will address this issue and replace the frames and also take care of the sheets color to match for both beds. Hope you can come again

The condo is very nice and clean.

The condo is very nice and clean. The towels were nice and plush. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing we did not like was the distance to the parking garage which was on the other side of the complex of 3 tower--it was maybe a block and a half. We were in the furthest tower. With so many people checking in at one time, we could not get to the location to unload or use one of the luggage carts. Next time I would arrive earlier. We left well before check-out time to use the loading/unloading area and to avoid the jam in the garage.

Thank you, I was hoping for 5 stars on the condo but I understand if the parking situation is not as convenient. I sometime use the public access parking ti load and unload and it helps if two people visiting. I look forward to host you again.

Great value, good furnishings.

We were pleased with all aspects of our Studio Condo. From the arrival to departure, no problems with the room itself. Much better that same style of room on lower floors. Key pad entry was nice. The owner had made every effort to have everything needed except food and beach towels. I would stay again. Just a FYI, our relatives stayed in the same size room, on the 9th floor, 3 floors under us. The owner jammed a sofa sleeper and chair in the same space and advertised it as sleeping 6. It didn't work. Don't think it will. This room was perfect for 2, it might work for 2 adults and 2 small children, maybe. But it was perfect for 2, had a great time, good view, A/C, clean, furnished.

Excellent - As Advertised!

We were very pleased with our stay in this unit. It is extremely convenient to the elevator, yet tucked in a private corner. The room was cleaned and well-stocked with everything we could need - including paper products and disposable items to use for eating. The balcony had a wonderful view of the ocean, and of the streets around the resort - beautiful at night! We stayed with our two young children who also enjoyed the room! The bathroom was large and clean, and the kitchen area was clean as well. We appreciated the included beach chairs! They worked perfectly to take down to the beach each day! We have NO complaints about the room! The resort itself was good. We did notice the pools were not maintained as well as we had hoped, but with the large number of people visiting, that's a hard job. There were many pools to choose from, and many of them were heated to help in the chilly, windy evening air. Our tip is to NOT arrive near check-in time! Parking in the deck was dicey, and it took quite a while to unload. Next time, we'll wait until evening. We will absolutely be renting this unit again!!! Five stars!

Beautiful unit. Fantastic Oceanview. Balony was great to sit on and watch the ocean. Resort pools were very nice, buffet breakfast at Cafe was very good. All resort staff were helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Thank you

Great place!

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The condo was quiet and convenient to everything. It was clean and well equipped for our needs. The beds were quite hard, but that is literally the only complaint. We would stay here again!

Fall Break

This property was right on the beach. It also had three outdoor pools, a kiddie pool with an umbrella fountain, lazy river, and two hot tubs. It also had a pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and lazy river indoors. Plenty of lounge chairs and space. Very clean. Elevators worked fast. Great place! I must have misread my small unit though. No stove and oven, but a hot plate and a large toaster oven. Unit was clean except between the bed and sliding glass door. My toddlers liked going there. Maid must have missed it for a while. Also had problems with the door locking on the outside. Sometimes it worked snd sometimes it didn’t. Ice machine always full and garbage cans emptied everyday. Overall i it was a great family place!

Great location and view

What a great place to stay! Not only was the location the greatest but the condo was perfect. Very very clean and the host was very helpful and prompt when it came to any concerns or questions. Will definitely book again.
