Come and enjoy Clair's Getaway, with fun colors and décor. This comfortable 1/1 condo has a coastal flair with a soft, airy feel. Featuring one private bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a cute, built-in twin bunk bed off the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and will sleep 6 total.

Enjoy the lovely views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area and from the private balcony! Not only will you have the beach directly across from you, this bright and breezy unit provides many great amenities.

PARKING, (gated lot)
Upon arrival, check in with the office, (drive through area, in front).
They are open 7:00am-11:00pm (Monday to Saturday) 7:00am - 10:00pm (Sunday), please arrive prior to closing time to get your gate code.
PLEASE NOTE: Wi-Fi info will be provided to you at check-in, along with swim bands.
A facility/parking fee of $35 (covering up to 2 vehicles) will apply for your entire stay of up to 7 days.
For stays longer than 7 days, the fee will double.

OVERSIZED VEHICLES, (taking up more than a space) or, vehicles pulling trailers, will be at an additional charge. There is parallel parking for these in a separate area.

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Early check-in IF available is $75 + tax.
There is a late check out fee of $75 + tax if available, and authorized.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
