Seasonal Pool Access:

-Relax by the pool (10 AM–6 PM) with a full deli offering takeout orders, including delicious pizza (order by 5 PM). Note: Large coolers are not permitted at the pool.
-Fishing Pond: Fish from dawn to dusk year-round! Fishing poles ($23.99+tax) and bait ($4.99+tax) are available for purchase on-site if needed.
-On-Site Facilities: Restrooms are available for your convenience (no showers provided). Please bring your own towels for pool use.

Guest access
Guests at Osprey Landing will have access to the entire home! We hope you have a wonderful stay! You will receive check-in instructions the day of check-in including your personalized special code to our smart lock for the duration of your stay. There are two designated parking spaces for the home. The driveway is a bit steep so please drive slowly and with caution.
Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
1) Booking party must be 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
2) Dogs Allowed (house trained) Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs with pet fee of $150/stay. Sorry no cats. There will be a fee for damage caused by your pet. You must note pets when you are registering guests to notify the owner.
3) No smoking inside the home (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc) and No Drugs of any kind. You may smoke outside.
4) Parties not allowed as per Airbnb.
5) There are no refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/others that are beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
6) Guest acknowledges two security cameras are located on the exterior of the property facing the Entry door and parking area and facing the driveway at the entrance to the drive. There are NO cameras inside the home.
6) Please use the hot tub at your own risk. No children under 5 allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. If you have health conditions, please check with your doctor.

PETS:
We’re a family-friendly and dog-friendly space, often bringing our own kids and dog to the cabin. Unfortunately, we don’t allow cats due to allergies.


WHAT WE PROVIDE:
*Linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
*A kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect plus a starter supply of coffee/tea and a Keurig coffee maker.
*A pack-n-play bed & a portable highchair, and a safety gate for the stairs.
*A charcoal grill ( charcoal not provided ).
*A hot tub that is cleaned and drained for every stay. Use the hot tub at your own risk. No children under 5 allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. Adults use at their own risk.
*Unlimited high-speed internet with Wi-Fi.
*A pet bed and feeding dishes for your pup

**Please Note: The driveway to the parking area is narrow and a bit steep. If you have a lowered suspension or an extra long car or truck, it may be tricky. Please be aware. You can see pictures in the photos of the exterior
