Welcome to our fabulous Craftsman, where historic charm has been thoughtfully blended with high-end modern comforts for a luxurious stay—set in what is arguably one of Bend’s very best locations. You’re perfectly positioned within easy walking distance to both Downtown Bend and the Deschutes River, including the beloved 1st Street Rapids Park and miles of scenic river trails.

The main floor features a bright, open layout that flows from the welcoming front porch to the backyard patio. Gather in the living room around the classic Waterford wood stove, relax on the comfortable leather sofas, or enjoy a movie night on the large-screen LED SMART TV, which includes popular streaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, Disney+, Hulu, Apple TV, and many others—simply log in to your favorite services and settle in.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with a chef's refrigerator, gas range, and convection oven. We've stocked it with all the cookware and spices you need for a culinary adventure, along with thoughtful coffee amenities including a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, a bean grinder, and a French press, so you can start each morning exactly the way you like it.

Rest is guaranteed in our three comfortable bedrooms, all furnished with plush European bedding. The main floor features two inviting bedrooms, while the beautifully finished basement serves as a private third-bedroom suite, complete with two single beds and its own dedicated full bathroom. This separate, lower-level retreat offers additional privacy and flexibility for families, children, or friends traveling together. In total, the home offers two full bathrooms, including one with a charming vintage clawfoot tub, plus a convenient laundry area.

The communication with the management team was quick. A very comfortable place to stay with a wonderful salt water hot tub. Excellent location to downtown Bend and parks for walks with my dog.

Stayed here over Christmas with family. It is in a great location, great amenities, and dog friendly! The kitchen is very well equipped. Having to floors made it a great place to stay with family, giving everyone their own space.

Cool vintage house

Our host was incredible and was easy to communicate with. The house is a older home with tasteful updates. Very comfortable, very functional, and lots of character. Perfect for a weekend away. You can't beat the location!

So much better than a hotel

My colleague and I needed lodging for an education conference, and hotels were so expensive for 2 people for 3 nights. This house was adorable, allowed my colleague and I to have our own space (I took over the downstairs to have my own bathroom - she had a room upstairs and that bathroom was hers alone), and it cost LESS for us to stay there. It is in a cute neighborhood very close to the river and downtown. If we go to the conference next year, we will plan to stay here again if it's available. Enchanting back yard, so much character in the house. The downstairs has 2 twin beds, so if you are needing extra privacy, you will trade it for bed size. That was fine for me, but I imagine some people might want to know that.
