¡Un complejo raro de baja densidad (solo 54 unidades) en 5 acres de exuberantes terrenos bien cuidados con la piscina climatizada privada más grande en Maui y el océano que te espera al otro lado de la calle! Con aire acondicionado! El complejo cuenta con canchas de tenis privadas, terrenos tropicales abiertos para que niños y adultos puedan pasear, ping pong, estacionamiento privado, parrillas y wifi en la cabaña común. Relájese en nuestro lanai privado en la planta baja que hace que el exterior se mezcle. ¡Disfruta de la cocina completa con gabinetes de cerezo personalizados, baño y muebles recientemente remodelados que te dan un toque Wailea a un precio de Kihei! La brisa del mar fluye de un lado a otro a través de la puerta de entrada y el Lanai, lo que hace de este condominio un clima confortable donde el aire acondicionado es innecesario. Sin embargo, tenemos aire para aquellos huéspedes que les gusta un poco más fresco. Recientemente hemos actualizado a unidades de sistema de aire acondicionado sin ductos en la habitación principal, así como a una en cada habitación.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Our son and his family stayed in this nice condo while the rest of the family stayed in another condo on the property. The unit was comfortable, clean and had everything needed for beach play. Recommended

The Place Was Great

The property was clean and fully furnished. The setting was beautiful, the pool was nice, and the unit was comfortable. One or two more armchairs would have been nice, but other than a lack of seating the place was great.

this was an incredible condo. the a/c worked great. the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need to cook. washer and dryer included. they even had a utility closet full of beach gear at your disposal so you don't have to rent. beach chairs, coolers, noodles, boogie boards, floaties, they had it all. when i return to maui some day in the future, i'm going to look up this property and hopefully they'll be available.

Beautiful condo!

My family and I stayed at this property during our recent vacation to Hawaii. We stayed at condos on each of the 4 islands we visited--this was one of the better places we stayed. It is evident that the owners take pride in their home. It was unfortunate that we could not be granted a late checkout at 11:00 AM as we had a scheduled early morning bike ride down Haleakala on our check out day that ended at 9 AM. It was quite challenging to pack up all of our things the evening prior and leave the condo by 2:30 AM. We made it work, though. The condo was generally clean, however there was a lot of sand on the tile floors, so we had to wear our socks everywhere because our feet were caked with sand after walking around. In addition, one of the shower walls was leaking significantly on to the bathroom floor. While the A/C was a bonus, the entire condo was very damp...so much that our bedding and all of our clothes actually felt wet. A dehumidifier might be helpful to reduce the moisture in the air. These things aside, the property offered multiple amenities, including beach chairs and boogie boards, plenty of towels, a beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, and a gorgeous patio looking out to the pool area.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was good but the check-in time was 4pm, which is late compared to most places (3pm), and the check-out time was 10am, which again was too early compared with most places (11am). It is understandable that the maids need time to clean and prepare for the next guests, but shortening the stay by an hour at the beginning and another hour at the end (compared with most rental accommodations) is not a fair practice.

Kihei Condo

While this condo isn’t beachfront it makes up for it with the central location and privacy. Was pleasantly surprised to find quality beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. I would definitely stay here again.My only critique is, I would have appreciated a heads up on the condition of the parking lot and sidewalks. The week before our arrival, the area suffered a devastating storm that left a muddy mess. The parking lot and street had a dusty residue and the sidewalk was covered in several inches of mud. Packing white shoes was a huge mistake.

Perfect place to stay!

The condo was perfect. It had all the amenities you would want and was in a great location. The resort was really nice and quiet. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Cindy replied quickly to my questions. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place and facility

Condo is great and the grounds are amazing. Lots of space and amenities like tennis and pool and grounds were perfect for a family to relax and enjoy. Condo was very nice and easy to find everything. Host was responsive and even helped us add a night last minute. Very happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Short but Sweet

What a great spot to stay for a trip with lots of family. Koa resort is a great little gem. It’s walking distance to the sea turtles, and the grounds are gorgeous. The condo was beautifully put together and clean and filled with everything we could have needed. We would definitely go back! That’s for a great getaway.

With the doves

Was a bit difficult to first find, but rental was tranquil. Cooked meals in the kitchen, shared them on the lanai, perused the little library, watched sunsets across the street at the sacred fishing pools. Great beaches close. Beautiful time.

Such a great retreat place

This condo was one of three we rented for our family stay. It was immaculate and tidy and set up so comfortably. We had everything we needed and more. close to the pool. Loved the extras like lawn chairs, coolers, umbrella and boogie board. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended.

Wonderful!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo, and I can't say enough good things about it. Everything was perfect! The condo is ideally located, just a stone's throw away from the most beautiful beaches on the island and the lively center of Kihei. The place is fully equipped, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was even more spacious than it appeared in the photos, which was a delightful surprise. The pool and the gardens are simply stunning, providing a serene and picturesque environment to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Kihei. I will definitely be returning!

Memorial for Joan

The grounds were beautiful. The location of our unit was perfect. Close to parking and the pool. My daughters rented a 3 bedroom very close to my room, which was great. we were there to celebrate my wife Joan by scattering her ashes off the coast of Maui. It was a beautiful ceremony.

Mini vacay

The property is okay. Really dark at night in some places. The property we stayed at was dusty inside. Had cobwebs on the chandelier, kitchen cupboards and corners of the unit. One of the bedrooms had a musky smell. We had to turn on the a/c full blast so the smell would go away. The patio was messy and not clean. Wouldn’t stay in that unit again. Other than that it was close to town.

Sun, fun and relaxation! Where else can you play tennis, then a round of ping-pong with your kids, jump in the pool for a swim, unwind in a hot tub, get some sun tanning in, then shower off, BBQ some lunch and get a game of shuffleboard in with the whole family. In the evening, take a stroll on the beach, watch the sunset while picking up a few unique seashells then relax on the lanai while gazing up at the star-lit sky. Wow!
