The Storeytime Stay is the perfect spot for a short visit to the Rock Hill area or an extended stay for a work assignment, sporting event, convention, wedding, historical interests, etc.
Our clean, comfortable apartment offers a kitchenette, a designated work space, and a spacious layout. Enjoy the fresh country air on the front porch, which leads to your own private entrance.
While the apartment is attached to our house and a busy family lives there, our goal is to maintain your privacy.
Upon entering your first floor apartment through your own private entrance, you will be welcomed into a newly remodeled apartment and brand new full bathroom. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy as well as a covered porch to sit and enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or breathe in the fresh country air at the end of the day.
The queen size comfortable bed will offer you a much needed restful night of sleep. A fan and a white noise machine may assist in that as well. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and small frying pan. There is table and chairs to enjoy your meals at. A designated work space will be helpful for planning out your day or finishing your work day. Enjoy the ambience an electric fireplace provides or sit in a comfortable chair and watch TV, or a movie, or read in the relaxing, quiet space. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of room to set up a luggage rack and make your things easily accessible.
This is a no smoking/ no vaping of any kind on the premises.

Propietario/a: Kedron A Storey
Matt and Kedron have called Rock Hill home for over 25 years. We moved to our current house 10+ years ago to be able to enjoy the country setting. Matt has worked as an arborist with Bartlett Tree Experts for 25+ years and currently serves as Director of Arboretum Grounds at Bartlett's Research Lab and and Arboretum in Charlotte. Kedron has been a stay-at-home mom for their 5 children. She continues to homeschool and also provides elderly care and housecleaning for 2 families. Kedron also enjoys making Storeytime Stay a clean and comfortable place for our guests.
As travelers who enjoy using rental properties ourselves, we love offering a hotel alternative to folks. We enjoy providing the "small touches" that make staying at a property so comfortable.
