Play, shop and dine from the highly sought after location of Blue Ridge Station! This top floor condo offers one king bedroom with bath suite, one queen bedroom with bath across the hall, large kitchen and spacious family area with nice view through the balcony doors. Condo is right across from the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway and only sound you hear is the train whistle calling the people aboard. Enjoy people watching and a view of the many shops and restaurants while having beverages on the private balcony with patio furniture for 4. Blue Ridge Station offers 24 hour security coded entry, elevator access to all floors, and great location for walking to all things downtown. There is assigned covered parking for one vehicle and additional unassigned parking on first come first serve basis. The condo has large TVs in both bedrooms and family area for relaxing after a day of seeing all the sights. You will love the condo that feels like a very nice, clean, well appointed, comfortable home away from home.

The condo is in mint condition and beautifully decorated! The view of the train lit up from the balcony was spectacular. The host was gracious and informative. Hope to do the train ride again and stay at the condo

This condo is so very clean and comfortable! It is fully stocked with everything you need. It is also very spacious. Everything looks so new. It's really a perfect place to stay when you're visiting Blue Ridge. We also loved how it was right in the town and right across the street from the railway. We could walk to restaurants and shops. It is the perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Located in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge it’s within easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable, and has all the amenities you would need. The reserved, covered parking is a huge plus.The host was most helpful and accommodating with a special request, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely make a return visit!

Fabulous condominium perfectly located in downtown Blue Ridge. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants! Spacious and clean and not a thing left to be desired. The owner was extremely helpful and had lots of tips and recommendations for enjoying our stay. We will definitely be back!!

This condo was absolutely perfect in every way for us. The the amenities were fantastic, and of course, Ann‘s hospitality was beyond what we’re used to when we stay at VRBOs. Our hostess and was very helpful and informing us about things around the area that were places that we had not gone before we enjoyed that great deal. There’s never a bad stay in Blue Ridge, Georgia.

4th of July in Blue Ridge

We really enjoyed our 4th of July long weekend in Blue Ridge. This property is in a perfect location. Walking distance to just about everything and the property itself is beautifully decorated and was so clean. It had everything we needed. Ann, the owner, was so helpful and had great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the property and location. We could walk to all of the restaurants we had booked to dine at. The unit is on 4th floor in an outside corner. Very quiet on the interior. We heard no one at night. There is the usual noises associated with the AC. kitchen will stocked with pots a pans. All in good shape. We are encouraged to stay there again. If you like trains; the unit looks down on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Host is very communicative.

Fantastic Upscale Condo and Perfect Location

This is probably one of the best places to stay in downtown, Blue Ridge Ga. The condo is wonderful, it’s spacious and clean and decorated for comfort and luxury. We have stayed at a lot of places and this one is an upscale rental for sure. The view from the balcony is wonderful and when inside you don’t hear a thing. You can watch all the activity in the town, the train load and unload, and folks walking their pets and interacting. Everything is within walking distance. Then a short drive and you are at the towns of McCaysville, Georgia and Copperhill, Tennessee. That’s a wonderful daytrip within minutes of downtown. We did not take the train as we did not want to be locked into the schedule and were able to take our time and see everything and have a relaxed wonderful meal. The owner is extremely nice and provide information about where to eat and what not to miss. We did not have a single issue with the condo on our visit. If we return to Blue Ridge, we will absolutely rent this property again. ,

My husband and I decided Blue Ridge was a wonderful place to have a second home after visiting many areas in north Georgia. My husband is an avid golfer and enjoys the many choices of courses in the area. I especially liked the downtown; so; when this beautiful condo became available, we bought it! It is perfect for walking anywhere downtown and never having to move your car. We love it!
