Welcome to Southwest Florida! Our super-clean, well-maintained home is located in the quiet, riverfront community of Gulf Cove in Port Charlotte, FL. You will have easy access to local beaches, restaurants, bars, world-class fishing, PGA golf courses, boating, water sports and shopping. A few examples are the new Sunseeker's Resort, Fisherman's Village, Boca Grande, Gasparilla Island, Englewood Beach, Stump Pass and Manasota Key.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, a large pantry, cookware, cutlery, utensils, dish service for 8, as well as coffee mugs and drinking glasses.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, bureau and nightstands and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and large walk-in closet.
Two additional bedrooms are each furnished with queen size beds and clothing closets and ceiling fans.
The living areas of the home are tiled, and the bedrooms are new vinyl plank flooring. Washer and dryer are conveniently located off the main hallway.
We welcome dogs for an additional fee but regret that we cannot accommodate cats due to owner's allergies.
House is equipped with internet/Wi-Fi and Direct TV.
Bath towels, face cloths, bed linens, pillows, beach chairs and beach towels are supplied.
Beds and pillows are sanitized between guests.

Our efforts to present a clean home to our guests include mattress and pillow protectors, sanitized towels and linens, and regular steam cleaning of floors and upholstered furniture. Our home is professionally cleaned top to bottom prior to each guest arrival.
