Being on the far west end allows our guests to take in the vast beauty of the island. Bring your binoculars for viewing the birds and wildlife. Sunrises and sunsets are priceless...

With your reservation, you'll have access to all the amazing amenities at Pointe West community. Beach Club wristbands are $25.00 per person for all above the age of 3, all seasons. You will automatically receive an invoice upon booking so you can either pay electronically or in person if you choose to purchase. At the resort, you will find an infinity pool, lazy river, large hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness center, game room, Sommer's Gifts, gas grills, cabanas that are available to rent, and a whole lot of fun! Explore and enjoy both the bay and beach side of this wonderful community. Grab a drink and take time to relax and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets! After arrival, when ready, check in at the beach club to pay for and retrieve your wristbands. ** Please keep in mind that activities, amenities, and hours can change without notice to us therefore please always contact them directly to make sure that whatever you are wanting to do is available and operational at the time of your booking.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
