Acerca de este alojamiento

Luxury 6 bedroom modern villa with private pool and stunning sea views

Villa Laranja is an exceptional, modern villa with stunning sea views in the beautiful family resort of Praia da Luz. It has the luxury of being approximately a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) from the beach and the town's many bars and restaurants. However, the villa still retains a high degree of privacy by being situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Situated on the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen (brand new installed 2025). This leads through to the stunning circular dining room which flows into the spacious, open and well appointed lounge. Two sets of large French doors open up onto the terrace and private pool area offering wonderful views of the town and coastline. The lounge has three large leather sofas, 55” Smart TV, Apple TV, Freeview internet TV and PS3. A large DVD and Blu-Ray library is also on hand. There is also a real log burning stove should the evenings get chilly! The villa and private pool have fabulous sea views and there is a permanent brick-built BBQ. The pool has steps suitable for kids. Pool dimensions are 4.1m x 9.5m.

Free Wi-Fi available.

About Villa Laranja: This is an ideal luxury base for any group of golfers and non- golfers alike as it can accommodate up to 15 adults, has outstanding sea views and is within close proximity to both Praia da Luz & the lovely fishing village of Burgau for great restaurants, bars, etc. The beautiful old town of Lagos is also very close.

For special occasions we can organise champagne, birthday cakes, spa days at the villa - you name it and we can try to help.

We had a fantastic holiday at this amazing property. Grandchildren loved the selection of pool toys found in the garage which kept them occupied the entire week. Communication with hosts excellent throughout our booking and time spent at the villa.

This is an impressive property in so many ways. Prime location with amazing sea views that can be enjoyed from the stylish upper balcony; spacious, well-planned layout with ample sitting and dining areas. The kitchen is a particular plus, very well equipped and easy to use. The outdoor life is well provided for, with a lovely pool (even a good selection of pool inflatables!), ample loungers and seating, a barbecue. Everything has been well thought and also well presented with spotless rooms and pool area. The host was helpful and businesslike, the information provided on the house and town was very full and most useful. Our family week here was a huge success and the house played a very significant part in that.

Villa Laranja is a beautiful villa located in a very convenient part of Praia da Luz. The beautiful beach is just a short walk from the villa (up hill on the way back) with its prom and numerous cafes and ice cream shops. Our favourite restaurant is Boaty's and we ate there several times. The villa itself was very clean and very well equipped. We were a party of 15 so the accommodation was perfect with all the rooms having their own bathroom. Each room enjoyed a view of the sea and we enjoyed many evenings around the pool, or on the balcony, looking at the beautiful viewsWe contacted both the owners and the management company and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. This was a holiday to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday and we had our children and grandchildren with us. We had a great time and would not hesitate to book the villa again or recommend it to others. We look forward to returning before too long. Thanks you

We (8 adults 3 children)spent a week in the villa and enjoyed every moment while there. The villas location was perfect. We could walk to a beautiful beach, restaurants, cafes and small food shops. We were short drive to many beautiful tourist attractions. The house had everything you would need. The kitchen was well supplied, there were plenty of games and pool toys. The pool was a big hit with everyone. We had a few minor problems that were resolved very quickly. Richard was quick to respond to answer questions or give suggestions. It was a perfect villa for an enjoyable fun family vacation

The house was a fabulous home base for our group allowing us to visit the Algarve region. The pool and backyard was a great place to relax after touring around and the view from the second floor balcony was stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped and allowed us to make meals and snacks and the dishwasher came in handy for our large crowd. We would stay here again.

This property a fantastic and very well equipped and spotless in arrival. Never seen a better equipped kitchen in a remtal. Only not marked as fantastic as we asked for pool heating and it was only done on Day 3. A full refund was kindly given but did mean we didn't really use the pool first 2 days.

Fabulous villa. The owners were very helpful throughout and helped us with options for some excursions / events which were amazing. Highlight of our holiday was definitely a trip to Joao Clara vineyard and then highest point in the Algarve followed by lunch with driver Jorge from Personal Transfers that the Villa owners helped organise for us. Highly recommended!!! The villa is private, has stunning views and the interior is lovely with everything anyone could need. The pool and outside area are marvellous with plenty sunbeds and a great outside eating area including BBQ. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer!! We had the best holiday and hope to return here to Praia de Luz and this super villa! Thanks Richard & Karen.

We had a great family stay in this villa. Is it exactly as described and really clean. We even organised a shopping delivery on arrival which was a life saver with 3 kids after a long trip.Communication was quick. One of the tiles was cracked when we arrived, and they came out and fixed it ASAP. The villa is a short walk to the main strip. It was a little harder for the kids on a hot day and sometimes we got a taxi back up the hill for little euros. We paid for the heated pool which we feel was needed with young kids. The pool cover was very easy to use.The garage was full of extra toys, inflatables for the pool etc which was a great addition. The kitchen was fab. The rooms all perfect! We never wanted to leave the villa!!!Thank you Richard!!
