This 1,900 sq.ft. spacious home has an open concept living room, an open kitchen with a two seated bar top for entertaining. The entire house has been thoughtfully equipped with all of the amenities you will need during your visit, such as a brand new washer & dryer, high speed internet for work/school from home capabilities and three Roku TVs.

The main living room has a large Roku TV with Spectrum Cable and Netflix, Hulu, etc. capabilities. The playroom, which has a BUNK BED, also has its own Roku TV and is separated by a barn style door. Everyone can watch their favorite movie or tv show!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities including a Keurig with coffee for the mornings. Pots and pans, basic cooking necessities, baking sheets, cutting boards, etc. are already here for you when you arrive.

The backyard is entirely fenced in and has a seating area to relax. A perfect place to unwind and watch the Texas sunsets.

In addition to the driveway, our two car garage will fit your vehicles comfortably - along with your river floats, kayaks, canoes and anything else you may travel with!

PRIMARY ROOM
The primary bedroom has a king bed, spacious bathroom with a double vanity, a Roku tv and two walk in closets.

THREE QUEEN BEDROOMS
The other three bedrooms each have a very comfortable queen bed with lots of natural light throughout the day and spacious closets. There is a full bathroom in the hallway to share. Two of the bedrooms also include work spaces to work from home.

Well behaved pets are allowed with prior approval - please message us when booking if you have any pets that are traveling with you. There is an additional pet fee that is applied. Two pet maximum. Please do not allow pets to jump on furniture and pick up after them in the yard. Must be kenneled when away.
