Quédate en un lugar de lujo que está cerca de todo lo que quieres visitar. Esta hermosa finca, situada entre los árboles de secuoya, está a 10 minutos a pie de los restaurantes y mercados del centro de Boulder Creek. Esta casa tiene una de las chimeneas más majestuosas con techos de madera abovedados en el condado de Santa Cruz. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño privado. La finca cuenta con un jacuzzi exterior, ducha exterior climatizada con bañera de patas, piscina, hermoso porche delantero, área de fogata e incluso una yurta de glamping (actualmente en renovación).

3 habitaciones individuales (el precio por noche es por habitación). Las 2 habitaciones más grandes tienen una cama king y la tercera habitación tiene una cama queen, y cada habitación tiene su propio baño completo privado. Cocina, sala de estar y comedor comunes.

Los huéspedes tienen acceso a todo el terreno de la propiedad de 31,000 pies cuadrados (0.70 acres).

What a wonderful home and relaxing way to spend New Years Eve. Beautiful, spacious home, Large comfortable rooms each with their own shower. Close to area restaurants and attractions. Alex and Nuby welcomed us into their home and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I’m glad we found this gem.

This home is very roomy and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped; which is very important to me because I need a house with a full kitchen for Christmas and this house did not disappoint. The floors were heated and there was a gas stove that finished heating the rest of the living area. Bedrooms were large and each had a full bathroom. We are planning to return soon!

Beautiful property in the redwoods

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay - the photos don't even do it justice. Our family of 4 loved swimming in the pool under the redwoods, reading on the deck, playing board games in the great room in the evenings, cooking in the lovely and spacious kitchen, and enjoying redwood hikes. The hosts were gracious and super helpful! thank you - we'd love to come back and visit again!

Beautiful, spacious, spotless, well-located, great amenities, awesome hosts (!!!), and perfect for our family weekend getaway. Thank you Alex and Nuby for sharing your beautiful home. Everyone was wowed and want to come back. We cooked every meal together in the big, well-stocked kitchen. We also appreciated what wasn't there, TV's! We talked, played games, took walks into the sweet little town of Boulder Creek. Took an easy and beautiful hike at Henry Cowell State Park through majestic redwoods. We attended a bluegrass festival in a nearby town, maybe 5-600 people, lovely scene for our three generation group.We will stay longer next time and add the Roaring Camp Railroad trip to Santa Cruz. Our hosts were informative, friendly, responsive, and allowed our grandson to pick a couple of tomatoes in the garden.

So Lovely...

This house is truly lovely and stunning! It's both spacious and comfortable. The great room is wonderful for spending quality time together. The kitchen was perfect for our family dinners. The pool is clean and refreshing and comfortable to lounge around. The spacious bedrooms are well appointed with luxurious linens and very comfortable beds and each of the bathrooms (there's 4) are impeccably clean. The entire property is beautiful, peaceful, and very enjoyable!Mostly, though, the hosts are such kind and generous people. They kept to themselves and were unnoticeable yet were always very responsive and polite. We are very social and we liked them so very much that we invited them to join us for a dinner. Please note, they never intruded and do not usually visit much with renters we insisted that they join us because we enjoyed them so much.We can't wait to return!Alex and Nuby Thank you for everything! It was hard to leave your lovely home! We look forward to seeing you again!

Excellent location and property

The house has undergone a lot of updates and upgrades, which clearly show the pride of the owners... good wifi, comfy beds, nice grill on the deck, freshly resurfaced pool, some fun, retro stylings in the kitchen and bedrooms. It's in a quiet hillside neighborhood, far enough from the road that it's quiet all day, but only 1 minute to the town grocery store, taqueria (Los Gallos for the win!), coffee shop, and more. We stayed 3 nights with the whole family, including 2 kids. Visited nearby state parks, the Santa Cruz beach area, and spent plenty of time in the pool and hot tub, plus smores at the fire pit on our last night. Alex and Nuby were kind, hospitable, and took great care of us.

Alex and Nuby were very friendly hosts who gave us a tour of their incredible Boulder Creek home when we arrived. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our family enjoyed spreading out and having spacious bedrooms and bathrooms for all. After we settled in and put our stuff away, we went right in the pool! It’s a big, relaxing pool surrounded by redwood trees. The first night we used the outdoor grill which overlooks the pool. We enjoyed our burgers at the outdoor table.The next day we took Alex and Nuby’s suggestion to explore Henry Cowell State Park (15 mins away). The redwood trees are stunning and the hike is flat and easy for beginners. We also drove to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk (only 30 mins away) to go bowling. We returned to the house in the afternoon and went immediately in the pool. For dinner, we took Alex and Nuby’s suggestion to walk to Scopazzi’s restaurant (8 minute walk from the house). It’s an historic landmark restaurant that serves delicious Italian food. Alex and Nuby knew we were there and they sent us an appetizer dish of the tastiest artichokes with garlic. They were so sweet to do that! Even though we only stayed two nights we felt like we had been away for much longer. Thank you Alex and Nuby for your kindness, great communication and beautiful property!

Mountain Getaway

Redwood Forest Get Away

My family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house and grounds are beautiful and very comfortable. There were plenty of places to sit and read, play games together, explore the outdoors. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, as is every area in the house. Amazing attention to detail went into every aspect of the house from the artwork, lighting, seating. For us, it was only a 4o minute get away that provided the relaxation we needed. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect Family Retreat

This was the best location and stay for our group of six (and visiting friends). The details of the property add that extra touch of comfort and enjoyment to the weekend, especially with variable weather. Everyone was able to claim an area for their own personal time but all come together in the large, generous gathering spaces. The kitchen played well to our family dinners, well stocked and plenty of countertops.The setting in the redwoods was lovely with outside decks to breathe in the clear air. Alex and Nuby were fantastic in their communications and ensuring we had a good stay, we truly appreciate them working with us for the whole property for our long weekend. Couldn't recommend this location enough. Thanks again!

Retreat in a retreat

We were in the Boulder Creek area for a retreat and stayed offsite here. It was wonderfully comfortable and luxurious at the same time! Our hosts were delightful and invisible unless we needed them. It wasn’t pool season, but the kitchen and hot tub served us well! Three couples, three luxurious rooms. Privacy and community! Thanks Alex and Nuby

Unique property. You feel like you are in a tree house with a pool and spa. The owner is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back. We went to Big Basin SP, golfed and took the Roaring Camp steam train.

Amazing house and generous hospitality

We felt so lucky to stay in such an amazing house in the beautiful redwoods. The house has so many custom details, beautiful artwork and high-end furnishings. We reserved all three rooms to celebrate my husband’s birthday with two other couples in our family. We loved playing in the pool with our kids surrounded by redwoods… it was amazing! Equally wonderful are the hosts, Alex and Nuby. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed when we arrived. They arranged a special birthday surprise at the restaurant we went to for my husband’s birthday dinner. Thanks, Alex and Nuby, for such a wonderful weekend!

Excellent escape in the redwoods

With a house like this, it’s not necessary to explore anywhere else! It has everything you need. Beautiful clean home with an amazing kitchen, fireplace great room, deck patio, outdoor yoga space and fire pit, outdoor pool and hot tub, and plenty of space for a family gathering or just to rent a room. The hosts were exceptional and live on site. They are happy to give recommendations and also just visit and share the love of their home. They give a tour upon arrival and make it feel like home. They let us do a late checkout which was much appreciated. It is worth every penny for this beautiful property. I recommend 10/10!
