Great for digital nomads or remote workers visiting Los Angeles, this is a 1-bedroom apartment with balcony by the edge of Downtown, set in a historic 1912 building (formerly the Prince Rupert Hotel).
Some additional notes:
- 4th floor with elevator, gated building entry (keycard provided).
- Smoking ok on the balcony
- Full kitchen (stove, pots / pans / dishes / forks / etc...), microwave, sink, blender, food processor, tea kettle
- Projector
- Apple Airplay music system
- Library
- Work desk
- Couch, coffee table, 1 armchair, 1 rocking chair, 1 barstool
- Chess, Backgammon
- 1 closet, half full
Between 7th St. Metro station and MacArthur Park metro station. Close to Monty Bar, Teragram Ballroom, plus all the bars / restaurants / events in Downtown!

A beautiful view of Downtown from the 4th floor, with the sun rising from the Eastern window and great sunsets visible from the balcony. Hardwood floors, a historic 1912 building that used to be an old hotel, beautiful lobby and great neighbors.
Speaking of - this used to be a hotel room, and has sliding doors dividing the living room and the bedroom.
