The Space:

The space has everything you need for a house. It has a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer. Guests will be greeted with basic items for their first day of stay, toilet paper, kitchen towels, shampoo, soap and dish detergent. If your stay is longer than two days, you can buy your items in the markets in the area.

Guest Access:
Story residence designed by Corradino Group offers its guests and residents proximity to all that the Brickell area has to offer, but in-house amenities might just keep you inside.

Guests will have access to the building’s amenities. Please note that fob keys are required to access these amenities. Fobs and keys are not included with this booking but can be obtained directly at the front desk during check-in.

These amenities are located on the 14th floor of the building. One free parking space will be assigned to our guests upon check-in into the building. If you need more than one parking space, you will have an affordable valet parking option in the area.
