Your new vacation getaway awaits you in our waterfront home, in an ideal location, with unrestricted access to Tampa Bay. Whether you are looking for a relaxing vacation or a trip filled with great activities, this is the place for you. Everyone will enjoy lounging in the pool, backyard dolphin and manatee sightings, dock fishing, and watching beautiful sunsets. You will get unforgettable sunset views from our western facing backyard. Venturing out for day trips to Disney, Busch Gardens, St. Petersburg, Siesta Key, Downtown Tampa, and other wonderful Florida popular spots are fun choices for the whole family.

Bring your boat and dock it in the canal in our backyard by securing the boat to our dock. The boat lift is not available. There are several waterfront restaurants, accessible by boat, that are minutes away.

There is a beautiful water view from almost every room. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large smart tv. It offers a private spa like full bath, featuring a luxury soaking tub, rain shower, and smart bidet. The other 2 bedrooms are conveniently located near the 2nd full bathroom featuring a soaking tub and direct access to the pool in the screened lanai. The home can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests using the queen size sofa bed.

Our open concept living areas allow everyone to join in the fun together. Deciding on family meals at the dining room table, around the kitchen island or outside on the lanai will be an option for every meal. Preparing meals using the gas grill, cooktop, oven, or convection microwave oven offers a variety of selections. The fully equipped kitchen caters to all of your needs, but if there is a special request, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the request. There is also a work station for those who opted to bring a computer.

There are 2 tandem kayaks conveniently stored on the dock. We will provide paddles and life vests.

The washer and dryer are complimentary.

The whole space is available to use at your leisure, including the patio, pool, dock, and backyard. (Garage & cleaning supply closets restricted)

We have security cameras on the property for our protection and for yours. All security cameras are outdoors only.

As per Hillsborough County ordinance, there is a minimum of seven days that must be booked per stay.
