Lovely, relaxing, Casa De La Sirena, with a beautiful ocean view and only steps to the beach! Enjoy the peaceful blue and white décor with pops of color added for a fun vibe. Retreat on the large, sturdy swings under the shaded porch, sit at the picnic tables with loved ones while grilling and enjoying an outdoor dinner together or, lounge on the balcony, with a good book and frosty beverage.

Must be 25 to book, be fully responsible for the property, and must reside at the property, the entire stay. Not pet friendly.

You'll love getting cozy on the big, comfy, white sofa while watching a favorite movie or simply enjoying the beautiful ocean view. The dining area and big table is a great space for gathering with friends and family while playing games or, enjoying an indoor dinner together in the cool AC, after a sunny day on the beach.

With two bedrooms and two full baths, this beachfront vacation home will sleep 8, with the daybed, located off living area, twin ottoman sleeper and sleeper sofa.

Casa De La Sirena is located in Spanish Grant, which is close enough to town to get in as needed yet, far enough away to enjoy time away from it all.

-Seven Seas Grocery is 5.7 miles away to pick up groceries, including a full meat market, along with wine, beer and ice.
-Nate's West End Seafood and Steaks (a local favorite) is located next door to Seven Seas Grocery.
-The Galveston Island State Park is only 3.2 miles.
-The West End Marina and Restaurant, a waterfront seafood house, is only 10.3 miles away where you can enjoy a wonderful meal or drink overlooking Galveston Bay.
-Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark are 6.5 miles away.
-8.8 miles to The Historic Pleasure Pier amusement park.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
No pets allowed
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
