This property is a fully furnished 1 bedroom loft type apartment located at the heart of Eastwood City! Within 5 minutes of walk, you may explore numerous numbers of restaurants, malls, churches, hotels, banks cinemas, bowling, coffee shops, and more! Night life is active in Eastwood City too!
It has 1 full queen bed, 1 pull-out double bed, and 1 sofa bed convertible into a double bed. Extra blankets, pillows, towels, and basic toiletries are provided as well. It has 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet with washer and dryer.

The sanitation and thorough cleaning process of our lovely staff is dedicated on giving our guests an exquisite stay.
Our well-equipped kitchen offers convenience with a rice cooker, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, etc. Should you need additional cooking utensils, simply reach out to us! Basic dining utensils are provided as well.

Our base price is good for 4 pax only. We charge an additional 20USD per head for every stay in excess of 4.
The first 2 guests are free of charge when accessing the amenities. We charge an additional 10USD head above 2 pax. To facilitate your access to our amenities, guests are REQUIRED to inform the host at least 1 day before of usage to comply with the administrative procedures. Our staff will assist you in the biometric security feature of the amenity entrance.
We have 1 parking slot reserved for our guests. GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE DETAILS OF THEIR VEHICLE AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY OF PARKING SLOT.
DISCLAIMER: Our parking slot is a tandem parking. Guests should be aware that they will be required to move their car in case the other guests will check out early etc. We will inform the guests if there will be other guests in the parking area during their stay.
- Guests may also opt to park at Citywalk Parking beside the establishment for 250 pesos per night.
- Cleaning fee is charged for every 10 days of stay -- for long term stays.
- Guests can request a change of sheets and towels and general cleaning at least once a week for stays more than 1 month.
- The amenities are available everyday.
- Mid-stay cleaning fee / Cleaning before check out for 20USD (Change linens + beddings, general cleaning, replenishing of supplies)
EARLY CHECK-IN:
- $10 fee (1pm onwards - subject to availability )
- $20 fee (check in earlier than 1pm - subject to availability)
LATE CHECK-OUT:
- $10 fee (subject to availability)
- $100 fee (unauthorized late check out)
NO SMOKING OR VAPING
- $100 per day smoking fine for odor remediation if proven
NO LOUD NOISE PAST 11PM
- $100 violation fee if the admin gives us a complaint from neighbors
PET RULES:
- Please contact us first before booking with a pet. Kindly indicate the pet's breed, weight, and age)
- $40 cleaning fee for stays with pets less than 3 days
- MUST BE POTTY-TRAINED
- Dogs are NOT allowed on any furniture
- Up-to-date vaccinations
- Dogs should NOT be left unattended, this will result in the cancellation of your booking.
- You will assume the full responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay the additional amounts shall this occur.
- Excessive pet noise/barking that is reported by the neighbors will result in a $50 fine per day.
