PRIME LOCATION:
Situated in a safe part of town, our home is just a 5-10 minute drive from a vibrant array of dining options, charming cafes, San Jose State University, and the cultural richness of Japantown. Whether you`re here for business or leisure, you`ll love the ease of access to the best that downtown San Jose has to offer.

The studio unit is the back part of a 3 bedroom home. The front of the home is rented out as a 2 bedroom and the back of the unit (this listing) is rented as a studio.

THE ROOM:
The studio has everything you need to be comfortable. A queen sized bed, TV, couch, small desk, closet, full bathroom and a kitchenette.

SHARED LAUNDRY:
There is a shared laundry room in between this studio and the 2 bedroom unit in the front of the home. Details on how to access the shared laundry will be sent with check in instructions.

DOGS:
We welcome up to two house trained dogs for an additional $99 per dog.

You will have private access to the back portion of the main house. The front portion is rented separately. You will have shared access to the laundry room in between your unit and the front unit.

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
We offer early check in and late check out when we do not have another reservation checking in or out that same day. You can check in as early as 12pm and check out as late as 3pm for an additional $50 each. Please request early check in / late check out within 24 hours of your check in date so we can check out most up to date calendar to see if we can accommodate your request.

If you`d like to guarantee an early check in / late check out, we can block the day before /after for $100.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it`s not a same day booking.
HOUSE RULES:
- QUIET HOURS: Quiet Hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please bring your conversations indoors by 10pm.
- NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself.
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: A max of 2 guests are allowed and all guests must be a part of your reservation.
- OTHER: Removing shoes indoors helps us maintain a clean home. Illegal activity is not allowed at this property.

Failure to observe any of the House Rules above will result in a minimum $250 fine.
