Host was very easy to get a hold of for questions. Kitchen had basic needs, and was nice to prepare breakfast each day. Location was convenient for all the things we wanted to do in the area.

Adequate and clean home base for our visit to Mt Rushmore, The Badlands, Bear Country, Sturgis, and Devil’s Tower. Having 2 bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen and washer/dryer was great! Small air con window unit by front door kept front rooms cool, but we had to put a box fan in hallway to push cold air to the bedrooms.

Fantastic location!

We loved South Dakota and this house / apartment was a perfect location not only in Rapid City, but also as a jumping off place to get to Spearfish, Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, and the Black Hills. The house / apartment was very clean and had most of the amenities you might need. Bring your own blow dryer if you need one! And I could have used an iron one day, but we were on vacation, so I'm sure a wrinkled shirt was forgiven!Oh, and for the light sleepers there's a train nearby that blows it's horn a lot around 2:45 a.m. I heard it every night, but the neighborhood is quiet, so it was easy to go right back to sleep.Morgan, the owner, is a great communicator and very helpful. I didn't need to contact him when I was there, but he was quick to answer any questions that I sent prior to arriving. I highly recommend staying here!

Hidden gem

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a nice area of the historical district and conveniently located to all of the attractions we visited. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room had a nice large couch and a good sized tv. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking in the area.

My husband and I have traveled for several years and this is by far one of the nicest places we've stayed. The condo is beautiful and just as described/pictured. The location was perfect for us visiting Spearfish to Custer State Park to Badlands National Park. Morgan and Jacob were great with communications and gracious with any help or information we needed. We had a wonderful trip and a big part of it was staying here. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to any one else.

We needed a place conveniently located in the Black Hills area, and so glad we came upon this property! As soon as we made the reservation, our host provided a ton of useful info and answered all our questions promptly. Entering the property was super easy, and when we opened the door we were thrilled with the space and layout. The info booklet with all the instructions was super thorough, and when I had a question during our stay, our host answered immediately. The place was clean and comfy, the showers worked great, and the TV was easy to operate!We also liked Rapid City in general, and there are some really great restaurants that are a very short drive from the property. We would definitely stay here again.

South Dakota Trip 2024

My husband, daughter and I visited South Dakota for a family reunion and to hike the Volksmarch up to Crazy Horse National Monument. Our stay at this condo was very accommodating. The distance to all of the sites the Black Hills has to offer was very nice, the longest distance being Deadwood, 50 minutes away. It made for a very nice day trip. I highly recommend! It was clean and comfortable.Thank you!!!

Great place to stay!

Jacob’s apartment is conveniently located for visiting the must see attractions in South Dakota. My husband, son, and I, took day trips to The Badlands, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, the Mammoth Site, as well as other interesting towns and places. It was a great place to stay and exactly what we wanted. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Stay in Rapid City

This was a newly decorated place. Very nice and very easy to visit Custer State Park and surrounding areas. Very quiet neighborhood. Didn’t use the stove but the cooking essentials were there. Having a washer and dryer was great. Would highly recommend this place. Our stay was three nights and very comfortable.
