Cozy and beautiful

Waking up everyday to the view of the river and animals was stunning. The house had everything you could need and even provided toilet tree items if you had forgotten any. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful holiday getaway

Very cozy home close to everything but with a Northwoods feel. House had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was well supplied for eating in. Beautiful views of the Wisconsin River from the common living space. Even saw a bald eagle! A memorable holiday family trip.

We found this very clean and well stocked home perfect in every way. The views in October couldn’t have been more beautiful. We will visit the area often to see family and this home will always be our first choice.

Winter Ski Get Away

Beautiful home with lots of space, and beautiful views of the river. Stocked very nicely with all necessities. Perfect home to recharge after the holidays, with near by skiing.

Gorgeous Property!

We loved this house! The property is gorgeous! Lots of outdoor space, large patio, beautiful water front! The hosts were very nice, quick to respond. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook, bake, have a BBQ! We would definitely stay again!

Tidy, well stocked, comfortable home with a fantastic view. Easy to get to granite peak for our ski weekend. Very responsive hosts. Everything we needed was there! Would not hesitate to return if we find ourselves in the area again.

Beautiful setting

Loved our stay here and wished we'd had a few more days. Luckily the house was awesome because the weather was not! It looked newly renovated and we felt like pampered guests. The fall colors were outstanding and the area featured many beautiful views.

Skiing weekend

We had a wonderful stay at River’s Reverie. The house and property were perfect! We enjoyed the beautiful view of the river while watching the birds and squirrels. The drive to Granite Peak was about 15 minutes which made it easy to go back and forth. We hope we can come back next year!

Waterfront Paradise

The owners have gone above and beyond to make their property comfortable and welcoming. We could not have been more pleased with the setting and the house. Easily the best VrBO experience we’ve had!

Beautiful Place!

The house and property were absolutely beautiful! Perfect weather for enjoying the patio, fishing and enjoying bonfires. The hosts were super nice and very responsive. The basket of toiletries were a very nice surprise. Would highly recommend!

Amazing stay. Amazing host. House is phenomenal, host really exceeded all expectations expectations. Fabulous location , kids loved it. Everything was better than expected. We travel quite a bit in Wisconsin and this was best by far. Thank you!

We thought the property was great! Check in was easy to get key from lock box. Everything you could possibly need was there. Enjoyed seeing all the different birds in the feeders. Chipmunks, a rabbit, even a bald eagle! Was a great stay

Wausau get away with friends.

We had a wonderful time! This home had everything we needed to make it our home for 5 days. Our hosts thought of everything, including a basket of toiletries in the event we forgot something. The house was exactly how the pictures portrayed it and it was spotless. And the view was spectacular, especially during a snowstorm. We saw many different birds, an eagle each day and occasional deer. We would recommend this to anyone heading to this area!
