Nuestra casa está situada a 15 minutos de Sedona con fácil acceso a servicios y autopistas para sus excursiones.

Nuestro campo de golf de Cornville, ubicado en el hermoso Valle Verde desde la espectacular montaña Mingus, sitio del histórico Jerome, tiene 18 hoyos y es perfecto para que todos los niveles de golfistas puedan ser empujados mientras se divierten. Ubicados a 3,800 pies sobre el área metropolitana de Phoenix, estamos enmarcados por la amplia gama de Black Hills que se extiende desde Camp Verde hasta Cottonwood. Estamos donde el lavado de Hogan y otros arroyos naturales entran en juego y donde cuatro lagos bordean los hoyos décimo y decimoctavo. Outstanding home in the Cottonwood/Sedona area!

What a delightful, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to Sedona (without having to be in its crazy traffic), Cottonwood, Jerome and the Verde Valley vineyards and wineries! This property is an inviting home, and in a comfortable location from which to explore all this wonderful area has to offer. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would!

From the moment we saw the property in person, we knew this would be a wonderful stay! The overall decor was very impressive. It seemed that whatever we need was ready available at the property. We fell in love with the relaxed feel of the back yard. We had a couple of questions and Ed and Susie were quick to respond. Wonderful property, great central location and a safe relaxing feel. You will love this place.

Lovely home/Great locations

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners were very quick to respond to the few questions that I had and were very helpful. Honestly, this home is actually ever nicer than the pics show. It is a great location for getting to Sedona, surrounding areas and all the places we wished to hike. Would definitely recommend and would return.

Beautiful Home

This home has it all! My husband and I are moving to the area and found Ed and Susie’s home a great place to stay. It’s close to everything and only two plus miles to Olde Town Cottonwood for dining out. But, if you are looking to spend time in the kitchen, it’s all there - pots, pans, dishes, glasses, serving ware, spices, tea and coffee, etc. The master bed was very comfortable and that’s a big deal for picky sleepers like me. :) It is also super clean, and communication with Ed and Susie was a breeze. We highly recommend staying here while visiting the Verde Valley.

Restful Getaway

The owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. She was quick to respond from the first contact with her to the last. Also was great about making arrangements to get an important item to us that we had left behind at the house. The house was very nice and well furnished. We used it as a travel base for the most part and it was well positioned for what we wanted to do. On days we couldn't get out we enjoyed the birds in the backyard and the quiet neighborhood. Good week at a very nice place.

5 Stars !!! Fantastic !! Stay here and you'll love it

This place is beautiful. When you walk in you feel at home. It is very well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We stayed here for two weeks and loved it. The neighborhood is very quiet. Sedona, Cottonwood, and other towns are close by and the golf course is a good course to play. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Above and Beyond!

We felt more like honored guests than renters in this beautiful home, elegantly furnished. Spotlessly clean with lots of windows to take in the stunning red rock views and mountain vistas. Gourmet kitchen is a dream... the most well-stocked and well-organized we've ever seen. Everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips, top notch, and plentiful. Outside furniture is equally high quality and ample. We loved soaking in the Sedona sun and wonderfully fresh mountain air. Answers to our text questions were immediate and friendly. Safeway, CVS, and restaurants are within 2 miles. It's difficult to find vacation rental homes in Sedona for weekly bookings, making this home an extra gem to us. Use of garage is a bonus. Gated community. The quail with curly crowns that came to eat birdseed twice a day were a delight! Luxury and plenty of nature, too!

Amazing time

Loved the stay here. Nice location outside the city of Sedona. Which, frankly was a short drive and a good respite from the energy of Sedona. The house was clean, spacious, easy to navigate. Had everything we needed for our stay. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great Place to Stay in Sedona

The pictures of the home do not do it justice, it was much nicer. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the accommodations. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone. We had two couples and everyone gave it a big thumbs up!

Lovely home away from home!

Very well maintained and stocked. Enjoyed the views and convince to shopping, golf, hiking, medical facilities, etc. Although the temperatures were below normal and set records as well as record snow fall during our stay it was beautiful seeing snow on the red rocks and we took some amazing photographs. We bought a golf package that we were unable to use because of the weather. Our only recommendation for improvement would be the addition of reading lamps. We are both enthusiastic readers and needed them this stay because of the inclement weather. Cottonwood is a delightful little town we enjoyed exploring and found the people friendly and accommodating.

With beautiful views and well organized this property is one of the best we have rented so far.

We rented this property this Thanksgiving weekend, the house was super clean and very well organized. House also has spectacular view of Sedona hills from the back yard. Very conveniently located. Our family had a great time staying here. Highly recommend and would definitely rent this property again.

Gorgeous, Comfortable Home away from Home

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Verde Valley - and especially enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was comfortable, warm, inviting & had so many "little" things that mean so much - including many kitchen items s.a. spices, condiments, lots of kitchen utensils, an outdoor grill, cooler(s); laundry items; lots of literature on places to explore; the list can go on and on. We loved coming home after a fun day of exploring, hiking, jeeping and having this incredible place to stay at. I went walking every morning and never tired of the views - and was very comfortable from a safety perspective in my surroundings. It was a great way to start the day! And then sitting outside and watching the hot air balloons in the morning sky & the star-filled sky in the evening. My husband and I both felt that the location of this particular condo was the best when compared to others. We had views of the golf course, the Red Rocks, Mingus Mountain and the lights of Jerome in the evening right outside our back door. It was so very quiet and peaceful. While there we rented a jeep thru Barlow's jeep rental & explored many trails. Our favorite was Broken Arrow. We ended up going on that trail 2x, with the 2nd time being first thing in the morning. We were the only jeepers at that time along with a handful of hikers. It was awesome! We also did some hiking - including the Devil's Bridge. Wow!! The end of that particular hike was somewhat "narly" with some steep steps and the bridge itself - but it was well worth it. We also went on many scenic drives including Red Rock Canyon Loop, Oak Canyon, Jerome & part way to Prescott, etc. Beautiful! Our trip out west was awesome to say the least. But what made it most enjoyable was staying at this condo. Thank you, Susie & Ed, for making this possible for us. We would return in a heartbeat!

Great location with all the amenities!!

A great week in a beautiful area! Hiking, biking, sightseeing and then a beautiful home to return to after a busy day! The place was clean and did not lack any of the conveniences of home! Two bedrooms and two baths allowed for privacy. The neighbourhood was lovely and it was a short drive to all the trails and shops. Would return again and would recommend!!

Awesome place to stay near Sedona!

We really enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the house. The area was quiet and well maintained. The house was perfect size for two couples, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed. We loved it!

We have beautiful views from any window and we are close to shopping, spas, wineries and great restaurants. We have endless entertainment in our backyard watching the golfers, wild life and the hot air balloons in the distance. We are close to highways to indulge our road trips. We can go to Vegas, Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Laughlin, white water rafting, etc. Too many to mention.
