Situado en un CuldeSac tranquila en Barefoot Resort, esta casa de pueblo impresionante distintivo y amplio de tres dormitorios en Garceta Run tiene todo! Dos pisos impecablemente decorados con más de 1,700 pies cuadrados de gran espacio de estar además de un delicioso patio con parrilla de carbón con vista al paisaje natural.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size, y el tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales. Dentro de esta casa de dos pisos, varios televisores, lavadora / secadora y una cocina de servicio completo de asegurar se cumplirá todas sus necesidades. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental property was okay. My wife and I think that if you are renting property there are basic things in it that should be an issue. Below are the issues with the 214 Egret:1. Bathroom toilets in master bedroom start running about every 10-15 minutes and would stop after a minute or two. Replace or fix the filler 2. Toilet in large bathroom was unusable due to the lack of water filling.3. A number of light bulbs need to be replace 4. Backdoor you have to maneuver to lock and if you look at the button of the door it’s rusting out a bend up which could cause someone to cut there leg5. Main bedroom lighting is bad......the bed screws with every turn you makeWe like that the owners upgraded flooring and see that they invested in upgrades.

Not the BEST but not the worst

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really did like the convenience of the lockbox for late arrivals and early departures. The house overall was ok and accommodated most of our needs but it’s a little dated. The TVs only had 1 channel that worked our entire stay. Good bless the maintenance man that attempted to help and stayed on the phone with the cable folks for almost an hour. Parking was terrible. Only 1 car fits in the driveway. The rest have to go to overflow parking. The property location is 2 miles into the development which makes a simple task of running to the store a little inconvenient. Living room and kitchen were cool. The unit could have been a little cleaner. Throw rugs weren’t vacuumed and floors a little dirty. There were many things left from past guests in drawers, washing machine and under the bed. A few modern upgrades such as smart TV’s, etc. could take the property to another level. Management was also very nice and a pleasure to work with through the booking process.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was fine. The only disappointing part was that we had to wait so long for the A/C to be repaired, and then there was water dripping from the closet area in the master bedroom.

Golfing with the Grandsons

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome stay, each of the boys had their own room and bathroom. The unit is very very nice, very clean. Kitchen wonderfully stocked. PLENTY of towels. Pool passes (both pools) nice touch. VERY QUIET location and nice having your own driveway to park and unload each day. Only down side was the Master TV remote wouldn't work. VERY nice unit and would DEFINITELY stay again.

Very disappointing

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has great potential, as it is spacious, quiet, and in a great location. Unfortunately, it is in need of a good overall cleaning and some general TLC. It was definitely not dusted and apparently the carpets were not vacuumed prior to our stay. There was garbage (i.e. a used face mask and a red solo cup) under a couch and garbage under multiple beds. The sand chairs were rusted as was the patio set. There was a shelf removed from the refrigerator and left on top that had something brown and sticky all over it (soda?). There was garbage left behind in the kitchen trash container. We were told they had a brand new microwave waiting to be installed and needed access while we were there. We gave permission but no one ever came to install. The fabric covered stools at the counter are badly stained and need a good cleaning or need to be replaced. There was only one pink Adirondack chair (not two blue ones as pictured) and it was cracked in the seat. On a positive note, the bathrooms were very clean and were well stocked with towels, and all the employees we encountered were very friendly.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I believe there is a certain amount of cleanliness that should be expected of any vacation unit. With this said, this unit did not meet that. The carpets, especially the stairs, need cleaned period. Walking up the steps that were not vacuumed in a long time, almost to the top landing there was a couch with a dirty mask and a bright red solo cup in plain view. I complained but received a VERY unsympathetic reaction from the stonefaced woman who I can only assume was the manager (never did get a hello or an introduction whatsoever- why would I, I’m just the lowly customer). She went on in her monotoned, bothered way to tell me that because of the times help is short etc etc... so I guess I should expect to have to pick up cups and dirty masks. Let’s just say both my father and I found her response (or lack there of) to be extremely off putting. Besides a deep cleaning and painting and some maintenance ( like the trim piece at the kitchen sink that would jab and lift constantly) , the owners of this unit should also put some thought into having some basic conveniences for their guests like hooks on the back of the bathroom door so your guest doesn’t have to use doorknobs. And maybe update those posted back patio pictures because the furniture is rusty, the plastic chair was a joke and there was absolutely NO way We we’re using that gross grill. Also let your guests know that there is no use of the garage and the front parking space is very narrow and if it rains you will be stepping in mud - can’t get around it. And if you have a second vehicle, it will be parked around the block. Oh but thank you for the ant and roach spray under the sink since I experienced both in the unit. Enough said...
