Private lake and peaceful sunsets 5 miles from Franklin Ky and less than an hour from Nashville. Dog kennel, indoor pickleball court and large porch for a relaxing coffee or evening. Shop with 1920sq ft apartment has a huge bonus room upstairs with large sectional and king size bed. Down stairs has open floor plan one bedroom with queen size bed and full bath with tile shower. Huge kitchen with large island with bar seating. Enjoy the privacy and scenic views of rural Franklin with all the amenities just miles away. Whether you’re looking for bourbon distillery tour at Dueling Grounds Distillery or check out the Thursday night cruise in on the square Franklin is only 5 minutes away. Too many activities to list being right between Nashville and Bowling Green.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed playing pickleball and watching the dogs play together. The beds were comfortable and the home was spacious but cozy!

We loved this place! It’s newly renovated, peaceful and spacious. The early morning view is stunning. The pickleball court was a definite plus since we love to play. If we ever make our way to Franklin again we will book our stay here. I highly recommend.

The most beautiful views, home was super clean with lots of space! had so much fun fishing and playing pickleball, stopped here on a cross country trip but had so much fun it would be worth a 6 hour trip just to stay here again!

The property is serene and a great environment to relax and unwind. The accommodations are very comfortable, clean, and easy to access. The owners thought about the vacation experience, offering key amenities needed and nothing was missed. Stella and Gus (dogs) were my favorite additions, who were great companions as we relaxed outside. Great spot to fish! Will definitely reserve again!

Relaxing with the right amount of fun

Our family enjoyed the serenity of this stay. The area was beautiful. We all enjoyed playing pickleball and catching bass in the lake. Stayed for a couple days after visiting nashville and it was the perfect place to unplug and unwind together. Clean with comfortable sleeping. Thanks!!

AMAZING BASS FISHING!

The accommodations are lovely, spacious & comfortable. The pond is beautiful & relaxing with lots of nature sounds. The fishing is absolutely amazing! My husband caught WAY more bass than he ever expected to in our short stay! Jamie was friendly, helpful & accommodating. Gus & Stella are added bonuses…they are such sweet & silly dogs. Highly recommend!

You will not Regret!!!

Amazing property, cannot say enough about how incredible. My husband said the place lowered his blood pressure. Everything about the stay was excellent - location, cleanliness, description, extras in the home. They even left us some local banana nut bread and a few bottles of wine. Hosts were communicative and excellent. Will stay again.

Easter getaway to see kids and grandkids

We were surprised when we got there that this was not a house to itself. It was in fact a building across the driveway from the owners house. The inside of the house is nice and our family enjoyed playing pickle ball. We never got the TV to work, the sheets had fuzz balls built up on them from wear, they had puppies In pens against our building that barked and whinned while we were there as well as 2 dogs that ran loose and one of Our grandchildren is afraid of dogs so that wasn’t helpful. We met the gentleman and he was nice anytime we talked with him.The accommodations themselves are very nice, with a big covered porch and a nice view of the pond and crop fields.

Going back home

Traveled to the area with our dogs to be with family. The barndomium is beautiful, and the hosts are top notch. James was kind enough to let family play with the puppies and fish in the pond. We enjoyed playing pickleball and just spending quiet time with family. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Reminded me of what I miss most about my Ole KY Home . . . Good people and beautiful sunsets.

Super fun Christmas vacation stay

We were visiting relatives for Christmas and stayed at this rental for the week. When not off venturing around to see family we had a lot of fun playing pickle ball and relaxing in the spacious living room and upstairs loft. Being from a big city in California, a private country get-away really helps to recharge the batteries.

Beautiful view

The stay was great. There was bass fishing in the house was very clean. Although there should be a tv upstairs, but everything else was great. He had great hospitality and and it's very secluded out there. I loved it.

Beautiful, quiet getaway

This property is amazing! Its secluded, but still easily accessible to sites and events in the area. We visited to donthe western portion ofnthe Bourbon Trail. This location was perfect! The hosts we fabulous, friendly, and they madebsure we were comforable and had everything we needed. We are already planning our return trip next year.
