Welcome to our beachfront apartment, where breathtaking water views, modern comforts, and exclusive amenities await you. Nestled along the serene shores of New London, CT, this stunning retreat offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, making it an ideal destination for a romantic getaway, or peaceful retreat.

The Space
Our open floor plan apartment seamlessly combines a cozy sleeping area with the living space, featuring a queen-sized bed and a fold-out futon, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 3 guests. Enjoy water views from the large window, plush seating, and a flat-screen TV. Located on the ground floor of the owners home with your own personal entrance.

Key Features
Microwave, small refrigerator, Kerug, Grill, Outdoor heated rinse shower, beach towels. Full access to a large patio with beach furniture, table fire pit, and umbrellas. Corn Hole available upon request.

Beachfront: Step onto the soft sands of the private beach, offering the best soft sand for sunbathing and beach activities. The beach is privately owned, but the owners occasionally have guests who may also be enjoying the space. While it remains a beautiful retreat, please be aware that it is not exclusively reserved for VRBO guests.

Hideaway stay

Very good getaway right on a small beach, quiet with a lot of amenities. Quick walk to restaurants and bars.

Beach house!

We really enjoyed our three day stay! Bethany is an excellent host, The downstairs room is informal, spacious and comes with new fluffy towels, and beach towels. There is a new deck out on the sand with a fire pit and comfortable chairs and sun umbrellas. There are umbrellas, beach chairs and toys to take to water’s edge. Fine white and and easy area to swim between docks. We may go again!

Beautiful apartment in owner occupied house (in case you prefer to be alone). Close to several local restaurants and ice cream parlors. Right on the water, with a patio and hot tub. The mattress isnt thick, for those that may have back issues but if not very comfy. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had so much fun staying at this beach house. Having a private beach just steps away was a huge plus! This is great spot for couples or small groups looking for a fun and relaxing beach vacation. Overall, this beach house exceeded all our expectations.

Quiet spot, great view

This was a very clean space. A little bit smaller than expected but fine for the few days my daughter and I stayed. I wish I had known that it was the ground level of the owners home. That part wasn't clear in the description. Anytime they opened an outside door, there was a beeping in our space from what I assume to be an alarm system on the wall by our enterence door. I love complete darkness when sleeping as I am also a very light sleeper. Theres a door next to the bed that goes to the home, there was a light on all night the three nights stayed that could be seen around the whole door. If you have kids that sleep with a nightlight on or you dont like a 100% dark room for sleeping, you'll be fine with it. It does get very bright in the morning. There is a blind over the picture window, but I do wish there was also a curtain that could be used to block the early morning sunrise for sleeping until we were fully ready to open it and start our day. Since the room is at the back of the house, we could not hear noise or cars from the street. We loved that the beach area is very quiet. Its not crowded like when going to public beaches. We were able to take a short walk towards the right side of the beach to get a little bit of a different view of the beach and boats.
