Everyone,

Due to high demand on our cape cod, we just launched our second place. This is our newly renovated apartment at the winery, which has three bedrooms and one bathroom. It is right next to our winery. Please note the bunk beds have been replaced by two twin beds. We will upload the photo soon ( Or you can email or text to request ).

This apartment felt home-size. Large LR, with lots of windows, ample dining room with table, large & modern kitchen. Could not have been better for us. In the upstairs master, you cannot hear the TV downstairs. Great onsite hosts. A desk is in one of the bedrooms, with lots of space to work.The entire place has a great vibe, and a wonderful patio area.The winery is a bonus.It is a little close to some neighboring business - a cute motel across the street with outdoor areas, a bar with pretty good music nextdoor (depending on what you like!)So when the weather is nice there is some anciallary noise at times; nothing bothersome.Just a really great space.

We loved this place. It was very cute, clean and cozy. The winery was great below was great, the staff and atmosphere was very fun! So close to all the wineries and the beach. We will stay here again

Great place to stay! Beautiful property. Only critique was the check in process would be a bit confusing if you are not sure exactly what property you are staying in, but thankfully we got there while the winery was open so they showed us right where to go.

Love staying here, very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Excellent location to all the wineries. We rented this house to fish a few days on Lake Erie, very convient to the marina which does not charge tonpark and has a very nice fish cleaning station. Its quiet and relaxing. We are planning our next trip here. Do not hesitate to book this hidden jem.

We loved that this property allows family gatherings since our son got married down the road and we were able to host an "after party" out in back behind and not disturb any neighbors.

The "apartment" is really the top two floors of a split-level home. Very large, clean rooms. The updated kitchen has more than I needed to prepare meals before heading out on the wine trail which is right outside your door. The house is surrounded by vineyards and is very peaceful. Xinni was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Comfortable and Beautiful Property

The Apartment above the Tasting room had everything a person could want or need. The accommodations were just lovely and impeccablely clean. An overnight reunion with girlfriends from College. The owner was helpful the minute we checked in. The employees in the tasting room were knowledgeable and helpful picking out wines and gifts in the tasting room. Easy to find location right off the exit off of I90. Will stay again for sure.

Stay for Erie Marathon

We stayed one night (wish it was longer) prior to running the erie marathon. The property is about 30 minutes from downtown erie and 40 minutes from Presque Isle state park. The vineyard was so scenic and a lovely relaxed setting for our stay. We were greeted with a complementary wine bottle and wine tasting down at the winery on the first floor when we arrived. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend checking out this lovely rustic stay.

Winery Hopping

It was very relaxing to wake up and look out the windows and see grapevine after grapevine. Our purpose of the weekend was to visit and try a few wineries. We were centrally located to more than we could visit. The host recommended some great options including their own. The place was supper quiet, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We even spent some time in the city of Erie which was a pleasant drive down 5. When we first got there I think I goofed up our door code, but the host had it fixed in seconds. Very responsive. Great communication and we felt at home for our stay. Would return and recommend for future stays.

Inviting and clean

House was easy to find. Close to multiple wineries. Inside was very clean and tidy. If I had to change one thing, a more comfortable couch. Otherwise, I definitely would stay here again!
