As you walk into Lake Breeze, you will enter a welcoming, screened in porch that you can sit on and enjoy your coffee, read a book, relax in your private hot tub, or converse with family and friends.

Upon entering the house you will encounter a newly furnished and updated home. The cozy living room has a comfortable new leather couch, fireplace, and a large-screen Smart TV.

Your fully appointed kitchen includes a coffee bar, wine bar, and stainless steel appliances.

Bedroom one has a comfortable new KING size bed as well as a large screen TV.

Bedroom two has a triple bunk that is perfect for small families!

Outdoors, you are surrounded by amenities that are fun for all ages. In front of you is a large swimming pool with shaded areas and tables. Next to it is the playground and volleyball court.

Directly behind your cabin is a Fire pit, Pickleball court, Basketball Court, Boci ball, Shuffleboard, and outdoor Ping-pong table. There is even a brand new outdoor shelter house for you to enjoy a picnic lunch at!

In the mood for some lake time? Baxter Marina is directly across the street from us! You can rent boats, seadoos, and go fishing. Directly next-door to us is the Baxter Public Use Area where you can swim at the pristine swimming beach!

When you are in the mood to leave the resort for some additional activities, you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and more just 15-20 minutes away in Kimberling City.

Black Oak Amphitheater: 6 mins.

Dogwood Canyon Nature Park: 15 mins.

Silver Dollar City: 30 min.

This was an excellent VRBO experience for our 9th wedding anniversary. Very attentive host with a well equipped rental. The closeness to everything to do in the area was a bonus. We would definitely book again!

Great spring getaway!

We brought the bikes and enjoyed exploring the local area. We had fun on the pickleball court and relaxing in the hot tub. We enjoyed our stay despite it being more of an “off” time (not summertime). The hosts were helpful and communicative, too.

Terrific House and Location

My family stayed at this property for 6 nights and had a great time. The house is better than advertised and the location is terrific. You are in walking distance to Baxter Marina, beaches and the lake. The pool, pickleball courts and other property amenities are just an added bonus. The owners, Carolyn and Charles were easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We will be back again!

Fishing trip

Great location if you’re just doing the lake/fishing thing. Wasn’t crazy about the 30 minute drive back to the strip in Branson via curvy roads. Beautiful scenery but not a fan of those roads. Boys had a great time! They enjoyed pickleball and the pool being opened! Oh and the Hotub!!

The Coziest Cabin

Great stay, perfect for our group of five. Our three boys loved the triple bunk bed. The adults enjoyed the hot tub while the boys played Uno all night. Enjoyed the easy walk to the Baxter Marina. Can’t wait to come back when the pool is filled up. Plenty to do for everybody. Great for stargazing. Oh, almost forgot, a bald eagle swooped over the cabin! First time seeing one that close! So it was a GREAT place to stay!

Fun family friendly place to stay with all amenities!

This cabin was perfect for us. It was modern, clean, and was well equipped. We enjoyed the pickleball court, shuffle board, jenja, basketball and the pool. There are lots of other fun things to do there. The check-in, directions and communication from the host was spot-on. We would recommend this to anyone. 5 stars in our book.

Great cabin near Table Rock Lake

We had a fantastic stay at the Lake Breeze cabin. Very clean, nicely updated, super close to Table Rock Lake and the best marina on the lake: Baxter Marina. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary with our 4 year old son. You can tell the host’s meticulously updated the interior to cater to the guests needs. A few things to note if you are comparing this cabin to the other 2 bedrooms in this resort: This is the ONLY cabin with a hot tub on the screened in porch and the only cabin that has upgraded the HVAC to mini-split systems (the others have window units that tend to be louder during summer months). We visit Table Rock Lake frequently for the last 20+ years and this has now moved to the top of the list for our favorite cabin to rent. One big reason for that is the host has upgraded the mattresses which are super comfy. Such a small detail that many other places overlook. It’s amazing how a comfortable mattress can make such a difference on how your overall vacation goes. Highly recommend to everyone and I’m already checking the calendar for when we can make a return visit.

Relaxing location

Loved the location of this spot for an overnight getaway! My husband and I took lots of walks down to the lake and around the property. The private hot tub was great! Host was quick to communicate. Bed was comfy. We would stay here again!

While we live in Kansas City, we have always considered the Branson area to be our home away from home. We started going there when we were children, brought our own children there, and now we bring our grandchildren. It is a wonderful place to make memories with those you love!

We love that Lake Breeze is located In the Little Indian resort. There are very few resorts in the area that have as many amenities as Little Indian Resort has. It also has a private hot tub located on its screened in porch. It is such a great place for both couples and families to get together and enjoy spending time together and making great memories. We also love that Lake Breeze is centrally located to all Branson activities.
