Spry One has a Weather Wall Screened porch entry off your private deck to enjoy the outdoors in a vaulted ceiling with skylights and whitewashed pine wood ceiling and walls. The 11' high ceiling you enter into gives the living, dining and kitchen an open spacious feel and is highlighted by tall windows overlooking the water 100 feet away. Looking out on the south side of the building towards the waters of the Northumberland Strait it is easy in and out to the parking area and the privacy that an end unit provides. High end finish on the kitchen with quartz counter tops, induction range, French door refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, and mixer to enjoy cooking int your well equipped kitchen. A short staircase leads to both guestroom and master bedroom both with king bed. The bedrooms open to a brick garden terrace on the north side looking up the peninsula towards Sally's Beach which is a seven minute walk from your unit. Both bedrooms and living space have separate control over the heat pump AC unit that allows for individual control.

Property is very well maintained and the gardens are pristine and functional with edible herbs and veggies. It is a walk to the nearby beach at Sally’s Point so plan for comfortable shoes, bug spray, and long sleeves/ pants when you cross the grassy area. Mosquitos were plentiful and hungry, but lots of pollinators too, so I’d rather plan for mosquitos than see areas sprayed. Apartment was well supplied and clean. Host was super friendly and other staff were great.

We loved being on the ocean.the property was amazing. Beautiful fowers. A garden with herbs ,beans which we used.peppers too. The kitchen was well stocked. We took our dog with us. Loved the camp fire which was all set to go. The place was very clean. David the host was very nice person. One more comfortable chair in the living area would be nice.Also in the fall it would be nice to have had a duvet on the the large and comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this inn.
