Access the apartment via the broad terrace hallway on the east side or through a semi-private elevator lobby that you'll share with just one other residence. As you enter, the careful design and owner's personal touches—featuring relaxing decor themes, natural wood finishes, and practical modifications—are immediately evident, ensuring comfort and convenience.
The apartment includes a luxurious king-bedded suite with a three-piece ensuite bath equipped with a rainfall shower, double vanity, a secure safe, and extensive closet space. Additionally, you'll find a convenient three-piece guest bath and an in-suite washer/dryer near the kitchen.
Step into the fully-equipped galley-style pass-through kitchen, ready with all the necessary dishes and appliances for home cooking or even hosting a private chef.
