Nestled in Chateau Ridge, First Tracks is a bright and welcoming 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit. Perfectly situated at the base of Blue Mountain, it provides convenient ski-in and ski-out access during the winter months and is surrounded by hiking and biking trails in the summer. The lively atmosphere of Blue Mountain Village is just a short walk away.

Our large dining table comfortably accommodates everyone, allowing you to host your entire group in one place. Looking for a cozy night's sleep? Check out the primary bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a desk for those who need to work while away. The secondary bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin-over-double bunk bed, with convenient access to the secondary bathroom, which has a stand-up shower.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a few locked owners closets.



You will have access to a ski locker during your stay. No skis or snowboards allowed in the unit. The unit is located on the ski hill, depending on snow conditions you may be able to ski directly to the chair lift.



The Neighborhood:

Located at the North Base of Blue Mountain. The unit offers the ability to Ski in / Ski out. You can also take the free shuttle or walk the trail to the Village at Blue Mountain to take advantage of the shops, restaurants, and activities and more.



Getting Around:

Blue Mountain Village is within a 10 minute walk, 2 minute drive or take the free shuttle service available to guests staying in the unit. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

There is 1 reserved parking spot located on the premise for guests to use. And a visitor parking spot for an additional car is available on a first come, first serve basis. 2 Parking Passes are provided and must be used during your stay to avoid receiving a parking ticket.
