Sunny Days was fully updated in Summer 2023 with fresh, modern finishes. The home features new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout both levels, a stone kitchen countertop with a new sink and faucet, and refinished cabinetry and furniture to create a bright, contemporary feel. Perfect for families, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit offers a prime location near ski hills, hiking trails, and vibrant shops and restaurants. \ Take a dip in the outdoor pool during summer or unwind in the year-round hot tub. This condo is your perfect home base for an unforgettable mountain getaway.



The open-concept main living area is designed for both relaxation and entertaining. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals, while the spacious dining table seats your entire group comfortably. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase sweeping views of the golf course, and guests can enjoy the cozy indoor fireplace or step out onto the private balcony for fresh air.



This second-floor unit with a private entrance accommodates up to 8 guests. The main level includes two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds—plus a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The upper level master suite features a king bed, TV with cable and streaming access, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Blue Mountain Village is just a 7-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive away. For exploring further, downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both a convenient 10-15 minute drive. You'll find free parking available on the premises, with space for up to two vehicles per unit. Once you arrive, you can easily walk to many attractions within Blue Mountain Village.

The seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub are public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.

Free parking spaces are limited to two vehicle per unit. Once you are here you can walk to a variety of spots in the Blue Mountain Village.
