Descubre lo que es vivir en el paraíso es todo! Nuestra Casa Almendro de 4 dormitorios, 4 baños (2 completos y 2 medios) es la escapada perfecta para sus vacaciones. Totalmente funcional con agua, electricidad, wifi y cable.

A 5 minutos a pie de algunas de las playas más hermosas de Puerto Rico, en Punta Las Marías, en el centro de San Juan.

Estaremos a una llamada telefónica durante su estadía para obtener la asistencia necesaria.

Esta es una calle cerrada ubicada en un barrio tranquilo al lado de la playa.
Se espera el respeto a los vecinos como si fuera de su propiedad.

Se proporcionarán sillas de playa, toallas, una sombrilla y una nevera para uso de los huéspedes.

Perfect spot to stay in San Juan

This property was fantastic for our stay in San Juan. It was centrally located and very secure. It had great space for our entire family. Fun spaces on the deck and in the overlook. Very close to beach. Comfortable beds and AC

This property was absolutely beautiful. Tons of space for our family of 7. It was quiet, comfy, and nicely laid out. The only negative that I have is that all 7 of us ended up with bed bug bites all over our lower legs. If they got that treated it would be the perfect vacation home. I would definitely want to stay there again!!

Family Vacation

The property and responsive management team provided everything we needed for our first family vacation as adult children! Great gated community and quiet neighborhood. The view of the ocean waves at the end of the street was definitely a highlight. Updating the toilets in both 1/2 bathrooms and the shower and toilet in the full bathroom shared by people in the 3 bedrooms would be great but didn’t take much away from our experience. We would definitely recommend it and stay again!

Absolutely incredible stay in San Juan

We were two families travelling to San Juan for 5 days before taking a cruise. This house was incredible! There was more than enough room for the eight of us. The house is in a very safe, affluent area within minutes from the beach. We could walk to the beach or for $5 took an Uber to other nearby beaches. The house was spotless and all amenities were there. The hosts even provided breakfast for the first morning and some much appreciated beverages. Annette is the person we corresponded with before and during our trip, and she was phenomenal. Very professional, organized, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this house and would love to go again.

Celebrating my moms 80th birthday and first time in PR

Had an amazing stay and really loved the property. Beds were comfy and clean. We loved the staples left for us especially since we were running off on our adventures to the rainforest and Culebra Island birthday celebration trip. Loved lounging up on the balcony while planning or waiting for my group to get out to our adventures. Walkable distance to delish breakfast at The Bistro Cafe (highly recommended!) and surprise park and skatepark on the way back. E-scooters were readily available for us to make it to our salsa lesson on time💃 Only set back was that for one of the bedrooms the only way to enter or exit was to go through another bedroom which was often awkward. Otherwise I can’t say enough about this vacation. It was a fabulous introduction to San Juan and Puerto Rico and scooters! Most likely will return to this spot on our next PR visit 💕

Wow!

I could not of asked for a better host. Since some of I group arrived early, they accommodated them with no problems. They stock our fridge with some unexpected surprises. The house is wonderful. This house is good for all types of families. We all could of just hung out in the TV room, or some of us hung out on the top deck, living room, dining room just catching up. This house has lots of room. The owner/manager responded quickly on all questions, even gave us local places to go and where to buy a cake. The place was close to the beach. The house was clean and tidy. The kitchen was stocked. The area was a gated community and we had a two car garage. We actually just walked to the a restaurant one night. No problems. We really enjoyed our stay. We will return to this location. Thank you for such a wonderful place to begin our vacation before the cruise.

Large Home, Quiet Neighborhood, Great Management

This property is great for a large group! We had 7 adults stay for a short vacation and everyone was comfortable! The gated community is a plus since there is a lot of traffic around the area and some streets that you may be hesitant to walk down. You are a short walk to the beach, but it was not the type of beach area we were expecting. It was a small area with extremely rough water and rocks and jetty’s everywhere. We had to ask locals where to go for the beach experience we were looking for. The house is beautiful and was well kept and the management is excellent!!! Very, very attentive. If this house was located in another area closer to nicer beaches and neighborhoods I would definitely book it again.

Read before booking

I am highly dissatisfied with the level of care and professionalism given with the person responsible this property. There are several issues with the home: -This property was described as LUXURY but nothing is luxurious here -I asked for extra items to make my sister's birthday special (flowers, balloons, & fruit) and I received rotten fruit and dead flowers -The ceilings were leaking and after mentioning to the person responsible for this property and no one came back to check on it -The iron did not work -Mold on the walls -There are ants in the kitchen and roaches found in bathroom which made the stay unpleasant -When washing your hands in the upstairs hall bathroom it comes up in the shower -If you're taller than 5'10" you cannot use the half baths or upstairs bath because it's so small -The chairs on the 4th level are rusting and the porch itself was shaky -The neighbors was sometimes a little rude. We were told to have our Uber drive to let us out at the gate and walk down the street. A neighbor yelled saying to be quiet. A few people in my group, including myself have reason that they are not able to walk. But we were giving a gate key to get in, but still told yo walk -Communication is not good between the guest and property manager/employees. I know this is the weekend but I feel like a handy man should not have been here the day we arrived. He was here after the employee left. We were a group of women left in a house with a man that we have never met. I will not reccomend staying here unless absolutely necessary. It does not hold up to how much it cost to stay.

The property overall is ok. Had several ant issues in the bedrooms and kitchen, no hot water in master shower, kitchen sink water was scolding, could barely wash dishes, the stove vent doesn't work and smoke filled the house. The beds had lose boards and master bed was horrifically loud from the boards. You can see there is lingering water damage from walls & ceilings. The staff are very nice and the stay was overall barely OK. Wouldn't stay here again unless all of the above was addressed. Strongly recommend only using white sheets to bleach after guests, there were some stains and we had to wash before the first night's sleep.

Many calls to property manager

This property served it's purpose, however there was some problems. First I'd say location is good, the house was clean and it fit our group well. Issues: 1. The refrigerator leaked from day 1. We called this in to the property manager who said someone would be by Monday. No one came. We called again to voice concern because it was not getting as cold but still no one came. (Side note...the stove light and vent fan did not work.) No food spoiled so no real issues. 2. There were ants coming in from the skylight. We know bugs are going to come but just be sure to keep the bar extra clean and close your food or else they will get in. 3. The master bed is so uncomfortable. 4. The last night we were there it stormed. We woke to puddles in the kitchen as the skylight was leaking...a lot. We called this in and manager said it they would look into it. 5. The wooden deck (the very top) does not look safe AT ALL. There is a nice few from there but you can't really step off of the stairs. The patio furniture on the top floor was not in good shape. 6. The house number is not on the house and there were no clear instructions on which set of keys to take with you (you should take both). On the 1st day we only took one of them and were locked out of the gate (it locks around 6 I think). We had to call and the poor manager had to leave her plans to let us in. Overall this place served it's purpose and the property manager was very helpful.

Exactly What We Needed!

The house was exactly like it’s listed! Awesome location right by the beach and some great restaurants! We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and our 16 year old enjoyed the extra tv room on the 3rd floor. The rooms with the bunk beds were joined by door which made it ideal for all of the kids. Communication was exceptional! I highly recommend this rental property!

Casa Almendro is a very spacious house near the beach in a gated and secure community. It comfortably housed our family of 7 adults in 4 bedrooms. Based on other positive reviews, we booked this property for a 3 night stay after a cruise. Communications with the property manager (Judith), prior to the stay, by email and phone were clear and accommodating. We were able to check in ahead of the normal 3pm check in time and found ourselves in a 3 storey apartment in a 4 or 5 apartment complex. Our apartment was everything we expected and more. Large kitchen, living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms, 4 washrooms, TV/rec room and 2nd and 3rd floor patios.Fully air conditioned. Large double parking garage. WiFi throughout. Information on the house operations, things to do and places to visit etc. was provided. There was also a lockable safe for valuables. There was even a small welcome food package including a small bottle of rum, all of which were much appreciated. Although we didn't spend much time there as were were visiting with family in PR, it was nice to return to the house for a good night's rest. Checkout was smooth. Just turnoff the lights, A/C, lock up and leave. Communications with the property management during the stay (Duquelia) were by text messages. We would certainly recommend this property. It (and property management) met and exceeded our expectations. We would stay here again.

Fabulous Apartment and conveniently located in San Juan

The property management company was super easy to work with and easy to communicate with. I felt safe and secure at the house, but was easily able to access the beach and surrounding restaurants. It was an excellent trip and I would highly recommend this place and management company to anyone interested in seeing Puerto Rico. They even gave us a local person's number that drove us around the rain forest to visit truly unique destinations. It was INCREDIBLE!!!

Great location, beautiful spacious house on beach

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend in march and the bride to do was so impressed when she walked in. This house is beautiful and in such a great location. There were 7 of us and still room for 2-3 more in terms of bed space so you could fit 9 comfortably if needed. The house is located on a gated block and let me tell you it is such a beautiful neighborhood lined with gorgeous homes and quiet too. We loved it! The home is steps from the ocean though there was a little contrstuction happening at the time (I think they were re-creating the entrance to the ocean maybe?) so we found it impossible to get down that way without hurting ourselves. But there is another beach entrance only about 5 mins walk away. You just have to walk around the block. Everything is about 15 minutes drive away too which was awesome. So getting to nightlife in Condado and Old san Juan was very convenient. We just ubered everywhere. There is also a supermarket about 10 minutes drive. The property managers were great too. When we arrived they even stocked the fridge with a few starter items for us which was awesome. Nothing crazy, but some cold cuts, bread, a pint of rum, eggs etc which was a helpful start. The kitchen btw is bright, updated and beautiful! There is also a huge terrace on the roof and another smaller rooftop that if you dare to climb to the top gives you a nice view of the ocean. It was a really great experience staying here and would definitely rent again!

Perfect Secure Location - Beautiful

The property was well maintained and very clean. They provided us with some snacks, beer, and some breakfast food to start off the vacation. There location is in a gated community and has a secure driveway into the property. There are 3 levels, the top level is an open air deck area which was a great place to hang out in the evenings and relax. You can't see the beach from the property but it is only one house away from it. The manager was very attentive and responsive if we needed anything. They met us when we arrived and showed us the property. We will definitely return to this property if possible.

Really nice place to stay

Awesome area. We felt very safe and we were walking distance to a beautiful beach. Walking distance to a grocery store. House was very roomy and very comfortable. The agency was great to set us up with a driver from the airport and since we arrived at 1:30 in the morning they provided us with some breakfast food. Definitely recommend by these Cape Bretoners.

Even more beautiful than the pictures!!!

My stay in Casa Almendro was even better than I could have imagined! Everything was exactly as described. The roof top was fantastic and was just one of the many great outdoor porches! The house is in a pretty and safe gated community as well. It is steps from the beach but the stairs right there were a little hard to maneuver. But, if you walked a little bit further (maybe a block) there was easy access to the beach. The beach was nice, quiet, and relaxing. There are also many great restaurants just walking distance away (our favorite was blue burger!). The landlord and his assistants were always available when we had questions as well. I stayed here with 10 of my friends and we fit comfortably. I definitely recommend staying here!
