PET RULES: Maximum 2 dogs middle size and non-aggressive breed. Dogs should be claimed during the booking and paid $30 pet fee. (it includes 2 up to dogs). Not claiming a pet - $100 fee. Pets are NOT PERMITTED to sit or lay on any FURNITURE like couches, chairs, or beds. Thank you!

PARKING . You have parking spots for 4 cars in front of the garage. NO STREET PARKING.

DAMAGE: You are renting a private home. Please treat the property with the respect you would like shown to your own home. You will be responsible for any damaged or missing items.

Wonder home close to town and the beach

This was our second time staying in this cozy home. It is kid and pet friendly. We appreciated that between our stays the front yard had been fully fenced in to better accommodate our dogs. The kids love the arcade machine in the house and game room in the garage. There is also a variety of toys inside that my kids appreciate. It is well stocked with all the essential cooking supplies. We love that it is close to the marina, shopping and the beach. Will definitely stay again!

Great location

Everything was just as described. Very easy access to the docks and also midtown Westport. Very clean and organized- would stay there again and recommend to others.

Perfect trip

Limited out on fish in under 2 hrs and got more crab than we could fit in coolers. Perfect location to the docks and beach. Definitely plan on going back!

Great house to share with another couple and a dog! The beds are not the most comfortable and are very low to the ground, that was really the only discomfort. Kitchen stocked good for cooking. TV volume did not work well with streaming. Not a problem, plenty of games to play on a good size table. The host was great to communicate with; answers all questions immediate. We had a very relaxing time! Loved the quiet. Definitely a go back. Thank you.

Nice place to stay

Everything was expected. Noce place and would stay again. The neighbors on one side are of the tweaker type variety. If towing a broken down crashed vehicle into your front yard and washing it, ripping off the bumper in the process is normal, them im in the wrong, They didnt bother us, but was not the safest feeling having them next door.

Bday weekend

Very nice home! Beds were amazing, kitchen well stocked(spices, sandwich bags,tinfoil) all items that you dont see normally. Also, the games room was amazing, plus everything worked! Thank you for supplying firewood, but couldnt find a lightstick. We did go buy one and then left it out in the rain, or i would have left it for the next person. Love the couch Penelton blanket, it was hard to leave it! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fishing trip

For the most part the house was plenty nice enough for our stay. We weren’t in it much, as our mission in Westport was fishing. But we were able to rest up comfortably to be ready for the bar and the fishing each day. The only negatives I would say about the place are that the garbage was full upon our arrival and the only way the property sleeps 10 is if you’re bringing 5 couples or doubling up in the beds. There is boat parking, for a smaller boat, but the neighbors were friendly. They didn’t complain about me needing some of the street to park my offshore. I would rent the place again next year for our annual fishing trip. I’d just add a moorage to my visit and attempt to stash the trailer in the boat parking, assuming I have the room to make the swing. Besides the trash and sleeping arrangements, great stay! If you’re a group of fishermen, it’s a great place a couple mins from the launch. Just keep in mind, you’ll probably want to cap at 5, not 10.

Very cute. Bigger than what we though. The area is really quiet and the pups enjoyed playing outside. If the allow us again would like to rebook in the future
