A fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom is inviting with its cozy bed with an effective opaque blinds. A very comfortable sofa bed, as well as a TV with access to Netflix (your account) and 1 free Parking spot included with a parking pass

In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness.

We have very strict house rules. Please be sure to respect the following house rules to avoid any penalties or fines. Guests who disrespect any house rules will be removed from the property during their stay with NO REFUND. All guests must be fully checkout out PRIOR to 11:00 AM on the day of their checkout.

-NO SMOKING: 450$ PENALTY FEE
-NO PETS: 300$ PENALTY FEE
-ZERO PARTY TOLERANCE: Immediate eviction from the chalet
- EXCEEDING CAPACITY: 300$ BASE PENALTY + 100$ PER ADDITIONAL GUEST
- LATE CHECKOUT WITHOUT PERMISSION: 300$
- NOISE COMPLAINTS FROM SYNDICATE: 300$
- Please be aware of our neighbours, no loud noise allowed after 9pm
- Guests are expected to leave the property in the SAME condition as it was found. Any damages will be charged, and any extra cleaning/large mess will result in charges due to extra cleaning.

All garbage must be left in garbage bags, in their respective bins. Fail to do so will lead to a $250 extra fee (since we will be put at risk for potential fines from the city)

Please take out the garbage before you check-out and leave our property in the state you found it in. Bins under stairs at front entrance
Please make sure to put parking pass in your car
Please make sure to take off your shoes in the chalet
