We go with the guest preference. We have highly responsive on site and remote team to help guest as needed.

Pets are welcome with prior notification and adherence to house rules. Pet fees apply, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
1. Check in starts at 4pm while check out time is at 10am. Early check-in and/or late checkout available for a fee of $35 per request. Please give us at least 24hrs heads up prior to your arrival if you need early check in or late check out to allow enough time to coordinate with our janitorial department.

2. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited indoors and will result in immediate termination. Smoke detector in unit. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking.
3. Quiet Hours: We love our neighbors! Maintain respectful noise levels between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A noise monitoring device is installed in the unit, ensuring privacy with no recording. Fines will apply for violations, and legal action will be taken.

4. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 4. The unit is stocked enough for no more than 4 people. If you would like to accommodate additional guests, please get prior approval before check in. Fees may apply.
5. Pets are welcome with prior approval and fees paid prior to your arrival. Any damages accrued by your pet will be assessed and will be deducted from your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation with an undisclosed/unapproved pet.

6. No Parties: Hosting events or gatherings are not allowed. We will prosecute you to the full extent of the law if needed. Security/ringer camera at the front door to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

7. Please ensure all appliances (light bulb, air conditioning, fan etc.) are turned off before you leave for the day or before you check out of the unit. Help us as we jointly play our part in emission reduction to protect our plant via energy conservation.

8. ⁠Kindly wash your dishes before checking out at 10am. Cleaning services does not cover dish washing. Up to $75 charge may apply for failure to wash used dishes and cooking pots/pan.

9. Please put out trash daily into the dumpster located on the right side of the complex. Help us prevent pests and bugs infestation. Up to $50 charge may apply for failure to put out trash and throw to the dumpster.

10. We appreciate you helping us keep our community safe and drug free. This complex also includes permanent residents, and we want to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. Thanks for complying!
