Vacation 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been visiting since i was a child, brought my kids and now my grandkids. Love the place, however was very disappointed in unit 603 which we rented this time. The pictures on website did not accurately describes the conditions of this unit 603. However, we will definitely be back, but will request a different unit.

Absolutely love and enjoyed our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At first a tab disappointed the cleaning service didn’t do a good job.. there was bugs dead by window and food crumbs on sofa .. and having a baby crawling the cable cord was not hidden so I had to keep an eye that the baby didn’t grab it.. master bath had mold and can be updated but other then that it was a great stay the staff was awesome and friendly thank u for making our stay amazing

Room needs work

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great. 603 had loose plug outlets in every room, the shower faucets did not work right and dripped. It felt like an electrical hazard in every room, the ceiling fan in spare room was loose and wobbled making a metal clinking sound the entire night. The kitchen counter was broken in 2 places at the sink. Several places the floor tiles would bow to being stepped, the step out of the shower in master had problem and again felt like it would give way when stepped on. Furniture was new and looked nice. There were long black hairs found in the spare queen bed and sand/dirt on the end tables when we arrived. The elevator on north side needs work. We’ve stayed at this condo many times even as kids with our own parents, this room needs work. We like the overall property but due to the room our ratings are not 5 star.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed. The unit was dirty. We had to clean the bathroom before the baby could take a bath. Cigarettes were in the planter on the balcony. Floors had hair and sand all over Fan in front room made noise and the oiler to the TV in the front room smelled like it was burning. We showed up early and the ladies said when they say it’s ready you can go up. At 4pm I asked and oh it’s ready I guess I missed it. Wrong answer the room was not cleaned that day I can assure you. So we could have been in a lot earlier with an 18month old baby. We have been coming to gulf stream for years. Most likely not as much.
