Awesome condo and resort

We come down to Rocky Point about five times a year. We love this resort and condo. Will defiantly stay here again.

Excellent place to stay, we will be back!

We were extremely happy with the condo as well as the resort. The check in process was easy even with several groups trying to check in at the same time. The 2 condo's we stayed in were great and right next to each other which made it very convenient having my in-laws traveling with us for the first time in Mexico.

Very nice holiday.

Excellent condominium, with everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home, you can enjoy the large terrace in the morning or in the afternoon with a very good view of the sea.

Beautiful!

The condo was so beautiful! Loved that she has two right next to each other on the ground floor, really worked for our family. The condo was very comfortable and cozy. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect location

It was a perfect location for our family of 5, plenty of room and steps away from the pool. One of the toilets was continually running and when I called maintenance - it was handled within 2 hours. Would boom again in a heartbeat!

Love being on the first floor

Love being on the first floor. Decor was cute and the kitchen was stocked with storage containers, plastic glass ware to take out on the huge patio. Fully loaded twirling spice rack, cutting boards, large mixing bowls etc. Kitchen has whatever you need. We did bring Pam cooking spray and butter to use while cooking. Utilized the pull out couch and it was comfortable for our 18 year old's. Two bedroom beds were pretty firm and could have used a mattress topper, but we could just like softer beds, not the owner's problem.We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay, will be back

Loved this property, very clean and my family felt safe. One downfall; the master suite bed was horrible. The bed was extremely hard, padding was bunched up in the middle. Both my husband and I felt like we were slipping off the bed. We both had to sleep on the couch.

Resort is busy. Plan for delays.

It was a great trip. Only two things were that check in was very slow, but that's not unusual. Our room was ready when we arrived. Everyone was not so fortunate. One thing is that we were told to call when we needed housekeeping. We let them know, but housekeeping never showed up.

Great location, the rooms could use a little updating and maintenance.

Really love the overall property, but the sliding doors were a total pain to open and close. The appeal of this specific condo is that you get a massive patio but my partner ended up hurting his foot because the doors take so much effort to open. We had to literally use all of our body weight to open the. The maids uncharacteristically rude and we also had a rude bartender. I’m not sure if it was just an off week for everyone there but it put a damper on the vacation. Other than that Puerto Peñasco was lovely as usual.

Good Experience

Great immediate access to pool and amenities being ground floor level. Great big patio! Condo was real nice and clean. I rated this a 4 due to the fact, there was no hot water (after calling lobby and maintenance tech sent out boiler for some reason wasn’t turned on?) . Also, the drains were clogged in both showers the first day we arrived. Needed to call lobby again and maintenance tech was dispatched out to unclog the shower drains in both bathrooms. Toilets also would not flush often. Master bed, mattress was damaged or sunk in, made it very difficult to sleep the first night there. (Overall it seemed the biggest culprit was that condo’s plumbing system). Outside of that everything else was fantastic!

Perfect for Traveling with Family

This was a great location and we took advantage of them having the condo next door and rented both for our trip. Worked out great and we would highly recommend.

We have a short walk to the pool, beach, or cantina. Also having two condos ( next door to each other ) makes traveling so much fun with multiple families or large groups.
