Welcome to Villa San Andres! Centrally located in the heart of Brownsville, this newly renovated and well appointed 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath boasts an open floor plan which is perfect for lounging with family and friends after enjoying a long day at the pool & hot tub! Equipped with WIFI enabled smart TVs, washer/dryer, office nook, and a backyard outdoor patio area overlooking the first green on the 9 hole par 3 golf course, this is the perfect space for work and play!
The condo is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit. The master bedroom has a smart TV so you can stream using your streaming accounts and also comes equipped with cable. The master closet is a walk in closet which is very spacious.
The unit comes with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your needs. The restrooms are completely renovated.
The first full bath is adjacent to the master bedroom. The half bath is near the living room. An office nook (desk and chair) is provided if needed along with a large bonus walk in closet nearby. The office table converts into a larger table if more table space is needed.
The living room couch converts to a bed which sleeps two. The TV here is also a smart TV and WI-FI equipped for streaming! The outdoor patio can be accessed via the living room sliding door.
Adjacent to the living room and accessible by way of a sliding bard door is the second bedroom which has a nice queen bed that sleeps two comfortably. This second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the floor plan relative to the master bedroom which provides privacy between the two spaces. It also has a door to the exterior so that the person occupying the second bedroom can go and come as they please without disturbing anyone else in the condo.
