As you walk in the door, the stunning kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining and living areas and is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops making meal preparation and cleanup a breeze. Natural light and sloped ceilings enhance the living room area equipped with a flatscreen HD Smart TV, contemporary fireplace and comfortable seating. The dining area can seat 6 people comfortably with additional seating at the counter.

Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, closet, storage space and HD Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom highlights modern fixtures, walk-in tile shower and granite countertops complete with hair dryer, towels and linens. Bedroom 2 is perfect to accommodate both adults and children with a custom-made bunk bed system of a queen-sized bed base with stairs leading to an XL twin-sized bed. This bedroom has a HD Smart TV, closet and connects to the house bathroom which encompasses a combination tub/shower, modern fixtures and granite countertops complete with towels and linens.

Ascending the staircase brings two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 3 incorporates a custom-made bunk system mirroring Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 4 offers a comfy queen-sized bed and closet. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combination, modern fixtures and granite countertops in addition to towels, linens and hair dryer.
