Newly renovated home in one of Omaha's centrally located neighborhoods. Close to Dundee Memorial Park, Benson, Blackstone, and the upcoming Leavenworth & Peanut Developments. This house is a seven minute straight shot drive to the Baseball Stadium. You will be near the center of it all as this home is so close to so much of Omaha's best food & fun, but the cozy vibes that this home offers may make you want to stay in.

Great small space. 3 adults 2 kids were comfortable all 3 days. Nice to have kitchen laundry and a bathtub for the littles. Did wish we had a baby gate with us for the stairs. Overall great spot. Definitely not a neighborhood to walk at night but was fine for us. Lots of sirens though during our stay.

Clean and cozy. We were in a questionable neighborhood as homeless were block away. But we never heard any noises and did not feel unsafe. We enjoyed our stay. Location was close to attractions we wanted to see.

Everything you needed was present. House was clean, Sara was a good, quick communicator. Stairs were a bit steep to the upstairs as is typical in older homes, they were carpeted and handrail present. Floors are Beautiful. The deck and porch is very inviting. Thank you.

Perfect for our girl trip!

Super cute and super clean. Very convenient to Dundee. Owner was accommodating when I made reservation for wrong night, changed were made without problem. Highly recommend staying here!

Very dusty had a lot of bugs host never gave out late check out when we did discuss from awhile ago that was ok and when I did book I did specify I had 3 dogs coming with me 2 are pets 1 is a service dog. Was accused of our dogs peeing and pooping everywhere which is not true and do have pictures to prove it. Was asked to do cleaning before we leave which was a bit and still expected us to leave at 11 when myself and my mom are disabled and can barely move. I would never recommend this place due to host and location. I booked this place thinking it would be a decent amount of quietness so I can heal from surgery I had in that town but it was not and we feared for ourselves due to the neighborhood. Place was very hard to get to and is even harder to get out of. Please everyone due not reverse this place. I did attach all pictures that prove there was no poop or pee anywhere in house.

Charming and Spacious

Well cared for home perfect for a group. We recently stayed as a one night stop over in Omaha during a road trip and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The house looks like it has been renovated and very well taken care of.

We wanted a little get away for a girls night in. Had plenty of space, very clean and comfortable. Beds were so soft and comfortable. Very cozy home.

the place was very cute overall but it wasn’t very clean in some areas. some of the details in her listing on the app weren’t adding up with her binder at the place. probably would book again but not my first choice.

The house is very warm, welcoming, and cozy. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and everyone loved the shower on the main floor (especially the tall friends). We appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash available for use. Is it an older house so the stairs inside are steep. Not so much a huge issue but for mobility issues, keep that in mind. There is a bedroom on the main floor. I'm from Lincoln but my friends are from Des Moines. They came into town for a show at The Waiting Room. Everyone mentioned how much they liked the house, how nice it was, and of course, the shower on the main floor 😆 There was a little drama that happened late at night from the neighboring apartment (someone mad and yelling outside) but it didn't last long thankfully. Other than that, no issue with the area. We appreciated being able to stay at this house as it was close in proximity to the venue (The Waiting Room) and a more relaxing environment than a hotel.

We'll stay again!

It was just right for my husband and me. Comfortable beds and pillows (that's one of my main concerns) nice location, a deck in back and large back yard. It was very clean, spotless. Nice, quality shampoo and conditioner provided. I should have asked about a hair/blow dryer being there before we left home though so I could have packed one. I found out there wasn't one after a shower. Also, as in any vacation rental or hotel, be aware of a slippery shower, at least in the upstairs. Don't get me wrong, we still enjoyed the stay and highly recommend the property. The hair dryer and slick upstairs shower are just two things to be aware of so renters can just bring their own blow dryer and maybe lay a towel in the shower before getting in it.

Not what we expected

To begin, part of the fault is on myself for not doing due diligence when booking a spot. I did not thoroughly read all reviews and didn’t research the neighborhood we would be staying in to ensure it was safe. That being said:1. This is an old house that has been tastefully updated. The stairs are quite steep so be careful. 2. The neighborhood is a mixed bag of some okay looking houses to a condemned house on the corner, and neighbors that were loudly arguing as we made our exit. 3 upon arrival and getting settled into the house we encountered roaches and a few spiders. We also found wet laundry in the washer and an opened disposable pizza garlic sauce in the fridge. I contacted the host multiple times including calling and leaving voicemail without any reply. Understandably we informed the host we would not be completing our reservation due to the bug infestation. I then contacted Vrbo support to get a full refund. After that had been taken care of and we had gotten settled into a new rental I received multiple messages from the host stating she didn’t believe those photos were of her house and she had never seen a roach as she was who also cleaned the house. Unfortunately it was this communication that really soured our experience. Bug infestations happen but being accused of making it up when we were three moms just trying to enjoy a weekend away was extremely frustrating. For that reason, I would not book with this host again even if the roach problem was resolved.
