Enjoy our beautiful upscale 1 bedroom, 1 bath GUEST HOUSE nestled in the quiet countryside, but still close to downtown Dallas.
The rental is for the guest house at the rear of the property; we reside in the main house. We expect all guests to respect our home and policies to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone.
For those that love the outdoors, this guest house has access to a beautifully landscaped backyard with a pool and hot tub just steps from the front door. There is plenty of pool furniture should you wish to kick back and soak up the sun.
The guest house kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is a full-sized washer and dryer located directly off the kitchen with complimentary detergent provided.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and lounge chair for those that enjoy a quiet place to read, all while enjoying a beautiful view of the pool. The private bathroom offers a tub/shower, dual vanities, and linens. For those with children, the huge walk-in closet has been converted to a small bedroom with twin sized bed bunk beds.
The living room boasts a large flat screen TV for kicking back and watching your favorite shows using your preferred streaming service. There is also a game table where you can enjoy dominoes, poker, or your favorite card game.
The guest house has a private fence surrounding the property with private parking in the driveway within the fenced area. We will provide you with a gate remote during your stay.

Weekend stay for our Anniversary.
This is a beautiful property. We stayed two nights. You have all the amenities of home. The home and pool area are pristine. The owners have instructions/details laid out in a book for you right when you walk in. The pool area and seating were private for us. We loved it!!! Highly recommend this gem !!! We will for sure be staying here again!!!

Great stay!
Very nice property in the country. Accommodations where clean and prestine. Nice big kitchen, automated house was cool lights, music, hot tub all controlled by tablet on wall. My son love the rope light in the room he stayed. Jeremy was very helpful with any questions we had. My family and I had a wonderful time. Would definitely visit again. Thanks so much for having us.

It was a pleasure hosting a Steven and his family. They made terrific use of the pool and grill, and left the place in immaculate condition. As a bonus, they even taught us a few fun tricks for folding toilet paper like a pro! We'd welcome them back anytime.

Jeremy & Melissa were GREAT Hosts ! I flew in for my 26th birthday and this small pool home did not disappoint , everything is exactly how Pictured online , the Pool was Nice & Relaxing, They treated us so nicely and I would Definitely Book here again !

Beautiful pool house
This pool house was wonderful, pool was clean, and multiple things to do outside around the pool. They even had a margarita machine, this place was really nice for small events or a getaway. You don’t even feel like it’s a pool house. Jeremy was awesome!! I will be booking again for sure for personal reasons instead of work next time. Thank you Jeremy for everything!

Unfortunately, this guest misrepresented the nature of their stay, stating it would be a small family visit from Louisiana. In reality, multiple cars arrived carrying a large group of teenagers, many of whom were underage and appeared to be attempting to host a party, in direct violation of our clearly stated house rules. The guest had a strong odor of marijuana, and the group exceeded our maximum occupancy of four guests, with none meeting the minimum age requirement of 21.
We offered the opportunity for four guests to remain or for all to leave with a refund. They chose to leave, and although they violated multiple policies and left the space in disarray, we still provided a full refund. This group should not have been allowed to leave a review, as they did not complete a legitimate stay.
To all future guests: our property strictly enforces a no-party policy, a maximum of four guests, no drug use, and a minimum age of 21. The home available for rent is the guest house at the rear of the property; we reside in the main house. We expect all guests to respect our home and policies to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone.

The home was beautiful, scrupulously clean, well stocked with toiletries, snacks, water, wine and even frozen breakfast items and pizza. I loved the remote controlled power shades in the bedroom and the bed couldn’t have been more comfortable. The ambiance of the fireplace upon entering was so inviting and the kitchen and living room were huge. I was there for a quick stay but I would’ve loved to have stayed longer.
