Beautiful townhouse with all the amenities and comfortable beds. Short drive to all restaurants and Flagstaff attractions. Great communication from host. We would definitely stay again

This family-friendly home certainly lived up to my expectations for our two little grandchildren staying with us. The house was very well set up for young children with lots of amenities and some toys and books so the kids were very well taken care of while we were there. A couple little things came up and Emily, the host was very responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend this property for a family as it is in a neighborhood with lots of areas to walk and easy driving distance to most of the places that we visited.

Great accommodations especially for a new mom traveling with a little one for the first time. It was so convenient to have a pack-n-play and a high chair there! The only thing was there was limited cooking things (ie cook spray or seasonings) granted I could have brought that along.

Lovely and well thought out rental. Has everything you need for kids (mine are ages 1-12). Communication was great and easy to get in and out. I would stay here again.

Clean, spacious, and perfect for our family ski/snowboard trip over the holidays. The home had all the amenities we needed to make family breakfasts and dinners, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The fireplace and Christmas décor added a special seasonal charm and made the place feel extra cozy. We would absolutely stay here again

We loved the place! The layout was great for us to spend time together and the bedrooms afforded us privacy when we needed it. Highly recommend this place!

Check-in is super easy. This home is cute and very cozy. Had all the amenities needed. We were in Flagstaff for a quick weekend football tournament and wish we could have stayed longer.

SUCH a beautiful home and perfect stay.

We had such a great stay and the hosts thought of everything. The master bed was super comfortable. Definitely great for families with young children, as there were toys, a pack-n-play, and a high chair. It was a close drive to everything. The hosts were quick to respond to questions, which is greatly appreciated. We will absolutely be back.

Quiet & Cozy Family Vacation Home

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this property! The neighborhood is cute and quiet; the house was easy to find and access without issues. The photos of the accommodations are very accurate - clean, modern, well-cared for house that feels as close as you can get to staying at your own home on vacation. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay; it’s clear the host thought of everything! Great location, close to the highway for excursions (but no highway noise!) and only 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Close to NAU which was the reason we stayed. Biggest complaint would be trying to find the home in the dark. Could really use some lighting on the house number.

Thank you for providing feedback on your stay! Flagstaff is an International Dark Sky City and street lighting is limited. We'll look into getting some compliant lighting for the house number to help our late arrivals find the home a little easier in the dark.

We had a great time staying here. We were up for family weekend at NAU and the location was perfect. The house is well equipped with everything needed to feed a gaggle of teenagers as well as a few adults. We loved the living room's spaciousness which allowed the kids to play all their beloved video games, but also gave us great seating in the kitchen. Emily was fast to communicate and the check in and check out process was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend this home again.PS, if you are traveling with littles, the house is loaded with everything you could need which makes traveling so much easier.

We had an extended stay at this property (23 days in June/July 2025). We have two small kids and we really enjoyed our stay. We were impressed by how thoughtful the owner were about small details that made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the backyard is on the smaller side, but super nice and pleasant to hang out. The nearby park/s is/are super close, which was a hit for the kids. Since we had an extended stay, the owner offered mid-stay cleaning, which was much needed with 2 kids and it made our experience even better. I'd definitely stay at this property again and I'd recommend it to others.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Emily was incredibly kind and proactive, even checking in ahead of time to see if we needed early check-in or late check-out, which was so appreciated.The home itself is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything a family could need. There are wonderful touches throughout, and the instructions were clear, detailed, and truly top notch.We mentioned that we were visiting for a North Pole experience, and whether it was intentional or seasonal, the home was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. The tree and décor made the weekend feel extra special and truly magical for our family.This is a fantastic property with an outstanding host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had some trouble arriving day one because our GPS was turning onto roads that didn't exist, but after day one it was a breeze. Proximity to Rt66, I-40 and I-17 made getting anywhere very easy. We found good restaurants and beautiful scenery all the way from the Grand Canyon to Prescot to Tucson. Having this comfortable retreat made the vacation very comfortable.

Emily was a great host—accommodating and communicative! The mattresses were also all very comfortable which can be rare! The down sides were it didn’t feel very clean—the area rug in the living room was very dirty and my babies knees were black from crawling on the floor (and we didn’t wear shoes in the house) all over the back patio.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, as we are always trying to improve! I'm very sorry you felt the rug was lacking in cleanliness. The carpets are vacuumed in between all guests and periodically cleaned by an outside company, but I understand they did not meet expectations during your stay. I've scheduled an additional cleaning during the summer months when guests are in and out more.
