Located at Possum Kingdom Lake, this home is two bedrooms and one full bathroom with shower and tub combo.
***Recent upgrades have been made with even more on the way.***

> Enjoy the covered front and back porches, fire pit, and propane barbecue grill.
> A full size washer and dryer is available in the laundry closet off the living room.
> Fiber internet is available and Roku TV with guest mode is available in the living room and bedroom 1.
> Relive the "good ol' days" with the available DVD/Blu-ray player in the living room.

This house sits off the main road of FM 2353 at Possum Kingdom and is located near local restaurants, bars, and stores. Rocker B Ranch is only 11 miles and the lake is .25 miles away. PK Ice House and concert Venue 1.2 miles away. Check out the historic stone arch bridge where Highway 16 crosses the Brazos River below the dam only 6.5 miles away. While you're there, take a dip in the cool water or launch your kayak/canoe for a river adventure. The Cliffs Golf Course and Resort is a short distance for those wanting to have a great time on the course. You can find a nice swim area at one of the lake’s sandy beaches, or anchor your boat in one of the coves and take a dip, like the famous Hell’s Gate for a great party scene. Great fishing spots nearby and hiking trails with beautiful scenery too.

Additional boat/trailer parking is available (no charge) at the owners residence (one mile away) for those staying at the cabin.

Nice cozy cabin with plenty of space for families. Our little ones enjoyed playing in the big yard. Close to the lake and the state park. Great place to escape the city and relax!

It’s a very comfortable place to stay. There is a cornhole game in the back which is fun to play. Everything was clean and the communication and hospitality from the hosts were excellent.

It had a good hike feeling as soon as you walked in. The house was clean! It has a huge gated back yard, great for cookouts. Definetly will look into another stay at this property!For any baseball traveling families. It’s literally around the corner from Rocker B. You can’t beat that!

Convenient location

We stayed overnight for a bass tournament at PK. Location close to both S/N D and D ramps. House was clean and very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Older home but very clean and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owners was almost instant. They are available 24/7 if needed! And if you're in town for a Rocker B Ranch baseball tournament this place is so convenient! Literally 10 minutes from the fields. We basically just slept there as we were at the fields most of the time.

Cozy Cabin it is

Spacious and comfortable house. Perfect location if you’re going to Rocker B for baseball. My 7 year old slept on the couch every night because she said it was “cozy like the cozy cabin.” Washer and dryer worked great for managing a lot of swimming and baseball clothes. The neighborhood consists of some pretty tightly packed trailer houses, but the house itself sits on a bigger lot. We enjoyed our stay here!

Thank you for the review, we appreciate any feedback. We are happy you had a pleasant stay and everything was accommodating to you. If the area appreared rough to you, I'd like to just reassure your concern, by saying that as a full time resident and someone who has lived in the location for many years, I have not experienced any problems with safety or security. Yes, the area has some homes that are really junky, but otherwise, our family has have never had any theft or bad encounters while living or staying here. Again, thank you for your feedback, we really do appreciate it!

Cozy house, everything was in great condition & very clean. Beds were comfy with extra soft sheets. Night lights in bedrooms. Nice hot shower, soft towels. Plenty of rugs & cozy living room furniture for relaxing in the evenings. Covered parking. Older neighborhood but friendly neighbors & just about as close as you can get to Rocker B. Washer & drier worked well! Interaction via text with owner very pleasant. No cleaning fee! Would recommend & do plan to stay again when returning for baseball!

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback. We are happy you liked the house, and hope all the ammenities were accommodating. If at some point you consider returning, we would like to help clarify the beds we have available in case they were overlooked. If you look where it gives a description of rooms and beds on the main page, it shows 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 2 twin beds (a trundle twin bed is under the full bed and the roll bed in the bedroom is also a twin bed.) There is also a baby bed for guests that may need that. We also have a blow up mattress for anyone that may need that. All descriptions and instructions of the cabin are located in a guest book along with labels within the cabin. We apologize if this was confusing. As far as your reference to the area, and just to reassure you, our family has lived here in the past for many years and has never experienced any incidents regarding saferty or security whatsoever. We agree there are some homes that are junky but otherwise, we have never experienced any theft or other negative issues at our home and property. Once again, we do appreciate your feedback. Nice little getaway!

We were there for our grandsons baseball tournament at Rocker B. We enjoyed the little bit of time we actually spent at the house! Our last morning was awesome sitting on the back porch. The only thing I would change would be the toilet, lol. There needs to be a tall, oblong shaped toilet for us with bad knees. Easy fix. Yes, we would come back here!

1 year anniversary

Arriving and walking in the house was very clean and smelled great, the host had a little gift basket for our wedding anniversary it was very sweet. All amenities and everything around the house worked as listed. We wanted to go fishing and was given a few places by the host of where to fish and my husband caught a 5lb bass at the location that’s circled in the information binder that shows where to go. All in all this was a wonderful weekend and will be coming back in the future, will also be recommending this place to others. 5 out of 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

PK Lake is our happy place. We love the beautiful deep water and cliff lines along the water’s edge. It’s a boater, fisher paradise here. The sunsets are spectacular!
