The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area to the kitchen, leading out to a deck with serene mountain views. After a day on the slopes, unwind by the cozy fireplace or soak in the community hot tub just steps away. Nestled against the mountainside, this retreat offers peace and solitude, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drinks.

This fully stocked mountainside haven includes all essentials for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a stocked coffee bar, complete kitchen amenities, cooking seasonings, premium towels and linens, salon-quality shampoo and conditioner, lotion, soap, makeup remover wipes, and a hair dryer. A full-size washer and dryer with detergent pods and softener sheets are conveniently located upstairs.

Entertainment options abound with a smart TV featuring Hulu, Prime Video, Max, and Netflix logins, complemented by Starlink Internet ensuring a reliable connection for remote work or streaming.

A perfect condo for our stay. It’s really cozy, they have everything you need in the condo, and Rebecca was very responsive and genuinely invested in ensuring that we had a great stay. The location is perfect if you are here to ski in the winter, and I can only imagine how awesome these mountains would be in the summer.

The condo is 1 mile from Purgatory Ski Resort! The beds were comfortable, kitchen had all necessary cooking items and dishes, rooms had different thermostats for variable temperatures.

Fabulous stay

Had a wonderful long weekend at Purgatory! Condo was perfect for our family with teenager and dog. Tons of amenities and small touches that made stay extra special. Highly recommend!

Great stay for the holidays!

What a wonderful time in Purgatory! The condo was warm and cozy and had everything we could possibly need including coffee and cooking ingredients. It was also decorated for the holidays, which was wonderful considering we were away from home. Only 1 mile away from skiing, which added to our fun. Thanks so much for everything! We hope to return in the future!

Really nice summer weekend in the mountain staying at Rebecca's condo for a nearby wedding at Black Diamond Lodge. It couldn't have been more convenient! We didn't spend a ton of time at the condo except to sleep and enjoy a quiet breakfast, but it was a great space for the three of us. Loft pullout bed was comfy! It was really nice to have two bathrooms too. Quick access to 550 that goes up to Silverton, with a lot of scenic stops along the way. Easy 30 minute drive down to Durango.

Wonderful condo for our extended stay!

Perfect place for our three week stay in January. We loved the condo from the moment we walked in…so cozy and inviting. Everything about the condo was upscale and the owner provided so many extras. In addition, the distance to the ski slopes was ideal and the wood burning fireplace was really nice after a cold day of skiing. The owner responded immediately when we had questions and worked things out for us to check in a day ahead of schedule when we arrived earlier than expected. Overall great experience staying at this condo. Hopefully, we will be back next year!!!

In my four years of owning my condo and hosting it and allowing other families and individuals to enjoy my beautiful space and the beautiful mountain property, this has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I have never called support more on behalf of this guest and had to communicate multiple times over and over again, the same message to have the guest consistently argue back the results. This guest constantly complained and was not appreciative of any efforts. I will never rent to this guest again

This property is 1 mile south of Purgatory and is mountain side giving amazing views from the living room and balcony. I love the location being outside Durango city area and more in mountain living

My property is fully stocked with every possible thing you will need with a fully stocked Kitchen, Coffee bar with Tea + Coffee cups provided and standard cooking seasonings/oils. I also provide Salon grade shampoo and conditioner, soap bars, lotions, and make up remover pads. We have Starlink WIFI which provides the most robust option in the mountain area that will allow remote work if you will have to work during your trip. You will have all you possibly need.
