Apartment Details:
We offer multiple 3-bedroom apartments, each identical in size and amenities. Please note that while the apartment type remains consistent, furnishings may vary from the example images online.

1. Visitors/Parties/Meetings or Events:
Please note that our building policy, set out by the body corporate, prohibits visitors, parties, meetings, or events on the premises. This policy is in place to ensure the privacy and security of all residents. Only guests who are booked and registered are permitted entry into the complex. We kindly request that you keep noise levels down and adhere to building rules. Breaking these rules may result in a R1000 fine and electricity being turned off.
2. Prepaid electricity:
Please note that electricity is prepaid, and we request that you monitor usage to avoid depletion. We are available to assist with token top-ups until 8pm. Electricity usage capped at R500 per 2 week stay/ R1000 per month stay.
3. Assistance and Communication:
We are available between 8am and 10pm via Airbnb messaging to assist with any queries or concerns. Security personnel may also be able to assist onsite, subject to availability. Please note that after 6pm, assistance may be limited, and there may be a call-out fee for issues unrelated to equipment malfunction.
4. Reservations and Changes:
Reservation changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 10 days before your arrival date. One change may be made to your reservation if the arrival date is more than 10 days away. Additional nights may be added, subject to availability. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.
5. Key Policy:
We provide one key per guest and do not keep spare keys on-site. In the event of lost keys or lockouts, a call-out fee may apply.
6. Parking
Please ensure the correct use of parking bays to avoid fines and clamping by the complex management.
We wish you a pleasant and enjoyable stay! If you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
• Please be respectful of our place and our things and treat the home as you would your own place. • No smoking • No pets • Respect your neighbours: no loud music after 10pm • Observe the building rules: these mostly relate to noise, guests, use of communal space and smoking. • No smoking in the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Please collect the butts in an ashtray on the balcony and dispose of them along with other refuse. • Our cleaning lady will clean the apartment before your arrival and then once a week for longer stays • The number of Guests shall be in accordance with those stated on the booking details. Additional Guests/visitors are not permitted and will result in fines being issued to the guest. The complex has a right to refuse access for people who are not members of the booking. Security will check the booking form against the number of guests entering. We are really looking forward to meeting you!!
