Molly's Place - Home in Kennewick with yard

Welcome to our inviting 3-bedroom, 1-bath house in Kennewick, Washington. Situated just one minute off Highway 395, our home offers both accessibility and tranquility. Relax in the cozy living space, cook up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and explore nearby dining. It features a beautiful fenced in backyard for your pups to play after a long day of travel. This is the perfect retreat for up to 6 guests so book your stay now, we would love to host you!
There are three bedrooms at your complete disposal with a bathroom, kitchen, and living room that were all just recently remodeled. The kitchen and living room have brand new hardwood floors, updated cabinetry, backsplash, and granite countertops. The kitchen is replete with every type of cooking or baking utensil or tool you could possibly need. You will not feel without in this kitchen.

The outside is fenced and gated with three beautiful garden beds surrounding the backyard. The backyard is shared with a 'mother-in-law' suite that is also used as a rentals.

PET FEE: $15 per day per pet paid at time of stay.

The light in the dining room did not work, so we couldn’t play games in the evening together like we had wanted to. A full length mirror in each room would have been helpful. 5 girls getting ready with only one bathroom is tough without other mirrors. Has a musky smell in the house that is rough. The condition is not conditioner, it’s either shampoo or body wash, may want to double check that. Otherwise it was clean and nice. Comfortable beds.

Easy access to town and not far from the freeway. Nice quiet neighborhood. 3 good sized bedrooms,washer /dryer, coffee and dishwasher. Fenced yard and convenient parking.

Perfect!

This little home was our day 2 after staying at adjacent house night before. Tori and cleaners bent over backwards to adjust check in/out with homes and have Molly’s ready to go so we weren’t displaced between stays. The home itself is terrific with a wonderful backyard and beautiful landscaping. Nicest home in the neighborhood for sure. So glad we worked with Tori and her team. Thanks!

The home was very clean and well stocked. It was a great place for us to stay and a fantastic alternative to a hotel. The host is very communicative and quick to respond. The backyard is very private and perfect for your pets. We highly recommend and will visit again.

While this house is clearly in an older neighborhood, it has been nicely renovated. It was very convenient in terms of getting to major thoroughfares for my purposes. My host, Tori, what's super responsive i'm very helpful. Had a great stay!

Great, clean family space

This was a clean, lovely place for our family to stay while in the area for our daughter's graduation. There are beautiful roses in the front and back yard, and a well-equipped kitchen. Easy to find and easy communication with our host.

Great family home

My husband & two teenagers stayed at Molly's place while in town for a birthday party. The communication was excellent from the beginning. When we arrived, we were welcomed by beautiful peonies & roses out front! They were so pretty! The house is well stocked and very clean and open. Having 3 bedrooms was really nice as it allowed everyone to have their own space. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the dinning room! The table seats 6, comfortably and there is plenty of space in the kitchen and around the table if you had more guests. We had some family over for dinner and it worked great! The bathroom was clean, and had everything we needed, plus the water pressure was great too!Location is great, easy access to the mall, the waterfront for boat races, and only about 5 mins to pasco. There is also a great taco truck near by and an indoor mini golf establishment within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the tri-cities area ans recommend it to anyone with kids or even multiple couples.

Adorable

We had been traveling across Oregon and Washington and this was the cleanest most well appointed vacation rental we stayed in. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous with blooming Lilacs and snowball trees. If you have dogs, the yard is securely fenced all the way around and there is a covered patio so you can sit and take in the beauty.

Very Nice

This is a full 3 bedroom home with onsite covered parking, usable front and back yards, full kitchen, and laundry. If you have a few people to house this is the place. It sleeps 6 easily.

It was enjoyable and convenient. Singular issue: the entry deadbolt was not working properly. It would not open completely. I informed the property manager of the problem and was assured that the lock would be repaired. Despite attempts at continued communication (see texts) the lock didn't get repaired. We had to use a pair of vice-grips protected by cloth to turn the deadbolt completely, during the whole term of our stay.

Great Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Mollys Place. The house was clean, comfortable and the yard perfect for the dogs. Check in was easy and Molly responded to any questions I had quickly. We come to Tri Cities every year at this time and we’d love to stay there again!

On our way to Oregon

Our stay was so relaxing and accommodating for our whole family. The living room was set up family style and we were able to sit and watch a movie after a long drive. The backyard was so cute. We did not have pets, but I could tell this property was very accommodating to others that do. I would book this property again if I ever make it back to the area!
