Little Blue is a 1973 mobile home trailer that was remodeled in 2015. Its nostalgic atmosphere and spacious and shaded outdoor area has created many priceless memories for our family, and we hope the same for you!

Please note:
We believe pets are an important part of families. We invite your pets to stay (up to two pets per reservation), however, due to some of the challenges and damages to having pets, we have chosen to have a pet fee of $100/stay. Any pet damage repair cost beyond the pet fee will be the responsibility of the guest in which the reservation has been made. Pets are NOT to be left unattended inside or outside of the property. There is a large kennel outside that may be used for short periods at a time. Please use caution when keeping your pets outside. The weather and wildlife can be problematic. Pets must also not create a disturbance to others. Guests may be asked to leave without any refund if pets become an issue. We appreciate your understanding of these rules and welcome a conversation about your pet to sort through any details prior to booking.

Additional Little Blue instructions will be sent via message just prior to guest’s arrival. This includes passcodes for Wifi and keyless entry. Please note, cell service in this area is spotty. Most guest have not had issues connecting to WiFi calling. Cell service is also generally accessible within walking distance or a quick ride to the main road. Please note there are 6 outdoor cameras on the property (3 in front and 3 in back). This is to provide security and also to video the beautiful wildlife. We ask that you do not unplug any modem or devices. We invite a conversation around any and all concerns. Respectfully, there are no cameras inside Little Blue.

We own another cabin in this area and also have family here. Our goal is to assist quickly as needed and able.
